"The hotel was decent, located very close to the beach and offering a variety of services, including tours, laundry, and massages. However, the young man at the reception was quite rude and unpleasant, in contrast to the other staff members, particularly the women, who were much more accommodating. The breakfast was good, although the service was slow. The room itself was simple but spacious."

"Service was great, friendly staff who helped my colleagues and I to book a restaurant reservation at short notice. Rooms were really spacious, great for organising our luggage. Amenities were more than sufficient, and wifi and AC was great as well. The location was close to a bunch of drive thrus (Jollibee etc) and it’s across the street from the mall. Just overall great stay!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them. In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked). However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious. The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained. The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos."

"The most memorable travel moments aren't always the prettiest. Sometimes it's the difficult times when someone steps in to help. We had an issue with our booking, but the front desk handled everything with great kindness. Resolving it right upon arrival was enough to get us off to a good start. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and we were already looking forward to the next day. Breakfast was generous. We chose croissants and overnight oats with a sea view, and that made everything even better. The hotel recommended an island hopping tour. We waited for the guide directly in the lobby, which was very convenient. The beach was just a few minutes' walk to board the boat, and being able to go straight back to our room to change was a huge plus. In the evening, the front desk suggested a few restaurants. We went to one of them and really enjoyed it. We had less and less desire to leave. See you next time!"

"This hotel is really, really great, I loved it! Even though I stayed in a shared four-person room, it didn't bother me at all because almost every day (from morning till evening) we were out on excursions or somewhere else. The staff are friendly and caring, rooms are cleaned daily, and the showers and toilets are communal (but there are also a few separate stalls just for women). The breakfasts are delicious and varied – I would fly back to the Philippines again just for these breakfasts! Because here, I only had truly good food three times: first in Cebu, second at the hotel's breakfast, and third at an Italian restaurant in El Nido, that's it! In the shared room, you get a towel, a locker with a lock, and a large bed (unlike other similar hotels). I'm thrilled!"

"My overall experience is good! I'm the type of person who prefers active travelling, so the hotel is needed literally just for sleep, shower and storing stuff. My requirements for the hotel were good proximity to the city center and nice room with hot shower. Well, the location is truly good, it's a bit on the hill so to get to the city center you just need to come down. In the same building there is a great cafe DAYO who offer 10% discount per day for the Oceana Bay hotel's guests. During our trip to Philippines, Coron was the last destination and the 4th hotel we stayed at, and that was the only one with some room facilities issues. When we checked-in it turned out there is no water in the shower, the staff truly tried to be helpful, the receptionist girl offered us to stay in another upgraded room before the problem will be solved. The thing is when one day later we had to return to the room the problem with the water wasn't solved, we had to contact staff all the time which for sure was absolutely inconvenient, especially when water could be cut off during taking shower. At that point nobody cared already, there were no offers to change the room or to offer us a discount. The siphon from the sink was leaking, so every time you wash your hands, the bathroom floor is immediately in water. The AC is truly loud, but this is absolutely normal for Philippines, as well as the absence of hair dryer. Nice thing that the hotel unlimitedly provides drinking water in the hall. The hotel also offers tours, bike rent, transfer to the airport, but I'd suggest to check it out in the city first, we've found more convenient and better price offers there."

"We stayed in the King’s Prime View room (or something along those lines), and we honestly had a spectacular experience. The views were stunning — I’m sharing some photos because they really speak for themselves. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pools are great, super accessible, well-oriented for sun throughout the day, and overall very relaxing. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes away from the center. The on-site restaurant isn’t the best, of course, but the food is decent enough for dinner and does the job. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it."

"”After more than thirty years of travelling, you know what actually makes a hotel good. It comes down to whether anyone is really listening. The staff at Z Garden were listening. When we arrived Lena’s foot was bothering her. They asked what was going on, then recommended a few spots that would suit her better and suggested which activities to avoid. That one response changed the mood of the whole day. And the hotel being so close to the water meant retirement travel didn’t cost us unnecessary energy getting anywhere. We’ll come back to Z Garden.”"

"The bedroom was so spacious and clean. The balcony was great kasi may view sa coron and youll see the sunset if maganda weather. However lacking lang ng mga toiletries siguro, yung free lang is bath gel and shampoo/conditioner, walang toothpaste, etc. Given the price sana meron complete agad sa room. Would also be better if may tv inside the room. Service also sa restaurant is not so great but sa reception area naman they were all good and accomodating."
