"HONEST REVIEW for Room 8: We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet. We can't watch movie in tv even though I loaded unli data in my phone and used it as hotspot but still there's area in room it's so weak signal. ✔ Quiet Place ✔ Lovely Garden ✔ Friendy Staff ✔ Near to Beach ✔ Near to Eatery and Convenient Stores ✔ You can stargazing while swimming in pool ✔ We saw a fireflies ✔ Have hot and cold water in receiving area ✔ Affordable price ✔ Secured locked cabinet provided ❌ Weak wifi inside room ❌ Weak water flow ❌ Weak aircon ❌ No tri-socket ❌ Aircon Remote only 1 battery provided that needed to request ❌ Incomplete towels and blankets provided but requested ❌ Freebies 2 soaps and 2 shampoos VS for 4 people booked"

"I stayed only one night. But the staff was really friendly and helped me a lot. Really cozy and relaxing hotel. Wish I could stay more . The restaurant could be better ( found a hair in my food once, but they replaced it quickly, it can happen ~) The room was really comfy! Be aware of dogs on the street to the hotel, I advise to take an bike to avoid them."

"The location is very convenient since it was just in front of Robinsons Palawan. Check in process was smooth as the staff already checked us in prior to arriving. The complimentary airport transfer was good. The driver was on time. Just had a few hiccups when I initially reserved for a complimentary airport transfer as the socmed admin seems puzzled at first. But just a minor flaw. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent especially it’s a buffet. Extra stars for being flexible, was able to give us a packed breakfast since we are leaving early morning. Extra stars also for the helpful and proactive staff. Overall, it was a great stay and would book again when I go back to Puerto Princesa."

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "Affordable and quality hotel! We stayed in a Pool Access Queen Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also gave us a complimentary 2-hour extended stay since our free airport transfer was scheduled 4 hours after our original check-out time. The staff were approachable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! 👌🏻"

"We booked a night in the Lila villa and it was exceptional! One of the most comfortable stays in the Philippines. The bed was amazing, the shower was awesome and for once the little fridge was stacked with goodies. The staff was so kind and sweet. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for the extra buck or two."
