The room was small but cozy, and the location was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious! A special shout-out to Ulysse and the gentleman in the floral shirt at the front desk. They helped me print my exam admission ticket, changed my room, and even helped me find the bus stop. I had a wonderful stay!

The hotel has perfect location! It is just several minutes to Grand Palace. Superior double room was quite spacious, clean, and well equipped. The only downsize is that the walls might be too thin and noise of neighbors might come if they’re loud. Breakfast was absolutely stanning and definitely worth 12 EUR compared to cafes in Brussels where you can hardly get breakfast for that price. To sum up, the hopel is perfect option for the price you’re paying.

The hotel's location is great, right near a subway station, and it's an easy 10-15 minute walk to Grand Place. The surrounding area felt safe, and there's a shopping mall nearby. We booked a family room for three. We dropped off our luggage first, and by the time we checked in, they had already set up the sofa bed for us. Although, according to my friend, the extended sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. They also prepared amenities for three people. Overall, everything was good, except for an uneven transition between the bathroom and the room, which made it very easy to trip. The soundproofing was excellent; we didn't hear any footsteps or other noises. Each floor of the hotel has a dedicated water dispenser where you can get still water, sparkling water, and warm water.

The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels.

The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told ”no.” The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center, with a Carrefour downstairs and a large square just steps away. The room is quite spacious for European standards, a one-bedroom apartment, very roomy, and it has air conditioning, which is crucial for summer in Europe. Some reviews mentioned it was noisy, but we found it to be fine; it was completely quiet at night. The minibar was well-stocked, even with alcohol, and everything was complimentary, which was a definite plus!

This was my sixth stay in this hotel. Excellent location, spacious room, well equipped bathroom, and sufficient amenities. Room cleaning service is not on everyday, but it's rather comfortable for those stay long.

Room service has to be demanded every morning. Smelly sinknand shower had stains. But many towels and soap, also water kettle and instant coffee, was nice. Breakfast really expensive, hard to find breakfast stores nearby.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the European Parliament. The staff were warm and very friendly. At the reception, we met Francesco, who spoke Italian, being from Puglia. Traveling solo, I wanted a well-located and affordable place. Hotels in Brussels generally aren't cheap. This one is a 10-minute walk from the North Station. Avoid the Google Maps recommended park path if you have luggage, it's not very easy to navigate. It's right next to a police station, has a large supermarket behind it, and across the street, there's a restaurant with great, affordable burgers. No AC, but it wasn't hot and there's a fan. I stayed here both coming and going. The train station has a metro that connects you easily to anywhere in the city. Check-in requires scanning a QR code, which wasn't difficult. This area is considered relatively safe, and there are buses nearby that go to various tourist destinations, which is very convenient.
