"The hotel's location is fantastic; a small gate leads directly to the boardwalk around South Lake and Haogu Pagoda, and it's about a kilometer's walk to Nanhu Tiandi. The hotel's public areas are grand, the gardens are beautiful, and the room size is decent. We stayed in a courtyard room with a small private yard. We tried both the buffet dinner and the Japanese restaurant, both of which were good. The pool is a bit small but still fun enough. It's a great choice for a family staycation with kids."

"Step out onto the balcony and you're greeted by the charming scenery of Jiangnan. The room's decor beautifully echoes the Jiangnan aesthetic, with blue floral curtains, wooden-framed windows, and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The room is quite close to the bar street, so it can be a bit noisy until midnight, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. The breakfast spread is fantastic and diverse, featuring local specialties like zongzi (rice dumplings), small wontons, pork offal porridge, and freshly fried items popular in Jiangnan, such as fried steamed bun slices and sesame balls. They even have mini shengjian (pan-fried buns)! The hotel is right next to the Moon River Historic Block, making it super convenient for going out and exploring the local food scene."

"I spontaneously decided to take a road trip with my parents and booked this hotel the night before. The lobby and rooms were very clean, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was refilled promptly. I especially loved the wontons from the live cooking station – delicious! Overall, the price was well worth the experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Nanhu Scenic Area. It's just a few minutes' walk across the railway tracks to Wuxiang Temple. The room itself was quite spacious (so much so that voices echoed a bit, meaning the soundproofing wasn't the best), but the TV was surprisingly small. I stayed in Building 1 this time, and the view of Haogu Pagoda from the window was lovely. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet was a smart bidet. Breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but all the essentials were there. My only minor complaint would be about the front desk staff's service – when checking out in the morning, I asked about parking and was told that once scanned, we could leave and re-enter all day. However, when we returned in the afternoon from the scenic area to pick up the car, we were charged. We had to go back to the front desk to rescan (it turns out the scan only grants exit within 30 minutes)."

"Came with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money."

"Out of all the hotels I stayed in during this Chinese New Year trip, this one was by far the most satisfying. The new renovations and overall feel were excellent. From the bedding to the color scheme of the room, everything felt very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to get such a great room for just 138 yuan on the fifth day of the ***** New Year! The hallways are lined with thick carpets, and the rooms are carpeted too, providing excellent soundproofing. It has central air conditioning, free parking, and even a smart toilet. Fantastic value for money!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Yaohan business district, with a riverside green belt right downstairs. It's also easy to access the expressway for trips to Puyuan and the South Station. The hotel rooms and hallways are quite spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Our room faced the interior, and although there were many AC units on the podium, we barely heard anything once the windows were closed. Even the sound of doors opening and closing in the hallway in the morning wasn't very noticeable. In terms of facilities, the two 1.5-meter beds are generally suitable for families traveling with older children. As it's a Four Points, it has all the essential amenities, but they are a more basic version. The male staff member in the blue suit in the lobby was very enthusiastic. When the young lady at the front desk wasn't sure about the location of the Zicheng historical site and Nanhu Lake, he overheard and proactively came over to provide more details. Thumbs up!👍🏻"

"I spontaneously used a flash deal voucher and stumbled upon a newly opened hidden gem of a hotel. My entire experience far exceeded expectations, and I just have to rave about it! What truly impressed me was how pet-friendly it is! Bringing my little dog was completely stress-free. The room came equipped with a full set of pet amenities: a small tent bed, food and water bowls, and pee pads – everything! I didn't have to lug around any pet supplies, which is a huge plus for pet owners. My furry friend was super comfortable. The hotel's public areas are designed with a sophisticated yet cozy feel. Arching corridors paired with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, and hydrangea floral arrangements placed everywhere created an incredible ambiance. It's a photographer's dream! The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photography service. The photographer was professional and excellent at guiding poses, so the original photos looked fantastic. Every shot looked effortlessly beautiful, exceeding my expectations! The dining experience was also incredibly impressive: The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, a blend of Chinese and Western options. There was salmon, bacon, Western cheeses, fresh-made wontons with thin wrappers and delicious fillings, smooth and comforting porridge, and soft, glutinous siu mai for dim sum. From light congee to hot dishes and appetizers, the selection was vast, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Our stay also included a complimentary Chinese lunch. We added two local specialty dishes: tender water caltrop from Nanhu and minced pork with eggplant. These were authentic Jiangnan flavors; the eggplant was stewed to perfection and incredibly flavorful, while the water caltrop was sweet and refreshing. Every dish was a hit, and the taste was spot-on. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Cindy. Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She proactively communicated our needs before check-in and was always available during our stay, patiently and meticulously resolving any issues. The room amenities were comprehensive, and the attention to detail was excellent, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely ask for Cindy next time! The service experience was perfect. The overall hardware facilities were brand new and spotless. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The only minor regret was that the hotel didn't have a mahjong room. My friends traveling with me had hoped to play a few rounds after dinner, so that was a slight drawback. Aside from that small imperfection, everything about this trip – the food, accommodation, environment, service, and pet facilities – was impeccable. It offers fantastic value for money and is a top choice for pet-owning families. I'll definitely be back with my dog next time!"
