Seriously can't recommend this hotel enough! The environment is great, very clean, and the breakfast is fantastic, especially the beef noodles – generous portions and delicious. The hotel's location is also superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I really have to highlight the hotel's service; it was absolutely wonderful. They truly made us feel at home. (And no, I'm not a shill! This is my absolutely honest review!!)

This hidden gem of a guesthouse deserves a perfect five-star rating! The location is absolutely fantastic; open the window and you're greeted by endless rolling hills. The environment is wonderfully tranquil and serene, a complete escape from the city's hustle and bustle – it's incredibly therapeutic. The Instagrammable spots in the courtyard are truly delightful. The pink heart installation is perfect for photos, and combined with the whimsical decor and local-themed ornaments, every shot turns out to be stunning and atmospheric. It's great for both couples and friends to enjoy. The courtyard's greenery is lush and well-maintained, the anti-corrosion wood pathways are clean and tidy, and the lounge areas are soft and comfortable. After exploring, sitting down to enjoy the breeze and the mountain and water views is incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation!

This time I came to Maolan Forest to play, and the homestay I booked completely exceeded expectations. It was definitely a surprise choice for this trip! First of all, the sanitary condition is particularly reassuring. The room is spotless, and the towels and toiletries are neatly arranged. It can be seen that the cleaning is very careful. It is really rare to be so clean in the mountains. The boss is very enthusiastic and really started to help me ask about carpooling and arrange the itinerary before I arrived. You can also eat freshly made farmhouse meals, and the taste is authentic. The boss will also arrange pick-up and drop-off when going to the attractions, and will also ask to drink local wine when eating. The most important thing is that the price is really affordable. This price can live in such a clean, service-friendly room in the scenic spot, and the price/performance ratio is directly full. The location is also convenient, not far from Qinglongtan and Wuyan Bridge, you can walk to the hiking entrance in a few minutes. Next time I come to Maolan, I will definitely stay here, I really recommend it to friends who come to play!

What a wonderfully warm and heartfelt stay. I originally booked the cheaper room on the 4th floor, but the lady boss noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and gently suggested I upgrade to a room on the 2nd floor so I wouldn’t have to climb the stairs. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and she even helped carry my luggage to the room to make sure I settled in comfortably. The view from the room was nothing short of a million-dollar panorama. When night fell and the Rain & Wind Bridge lit up, the entire scene became magical — truly a view that money can’t buy. But what touched me most came later: a soft knock on my door early next morning, and there she was, holding a bowl of warm white rice porridge with pickled vegetables, prepared specially for me because she knew I was sick and wished for my speedy recovery. That simple gesture went straight to my heart — genuine warmth that touches the soul. And her kindness didn’t end there. On the day of my departure, she made sure her husband personally drove me to the HSR station for my long journey to Chengdu. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a home that greets you with kindness, sincerity, and warmth — a true home away from home.

The room was quite spacious, and the public facilities were well-equipped. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruit, afternoon tea, and a late-night sweet soup. We even got a souvenir upon check-out. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, always ready to assist with anything, including providing travel tips and luggage service, which was truly impressive. The 24-hour online service group made communication convenient at any time. The staff were warm and friendly, paying close attention to detail, making both check-in and check-out processes smooth. The Yao bath specialty service added an extra layer of comfort.

Stayed 3 nights in 山水谈. Personally I liked the decor of the homestay lobby and dinning area. The photos of the original room-Superior Smart Room - Mountain View that we booked on the 4th floor were misleading. It was an attic room with a slanted roof and a small window where some would feel claustrophobic, not big at all as shown on the photos. Fortunately we were allowed a room upgrade by booking via Trip.com and checked in to a room on the 2nd floor. Location wise, it was excellent as it was only a 10-minutes walk to 小七孔. Housekeeping was done daily and nicely. There was also complimentary laundry provided. Breakfast was sumptuous with good varieties. We were also picked up and dropped off at Libo HST Station. A feedback would be more warmth would be nice from the male staff.

Our first stop on our Chinese New Year trip to Guizhou. The guesthouse was clean and hygienic, with free sugar oranges in the lobby. There's a charming little garden outside where my child loved playing on the swing. Our room was tidy and came with a smart toilet. On New Year's Eve, we could see fireworks filling the sky from our room, though my child had already fallen asleep. The owner helped us with our luggage, and his mother even made us minced pork noodles for breakfast. The first driver we met in Guizhou was very friendly, our first B&B was spotless, and our first meal was amazing. It was a wonderful start to our trip. Libo, we'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

The hostel was very comfortable. I would choose to stay here again if I come to Libo next time. The owner is also very nice. The location is near Libo Old Town. There is bus No. 10 that goes directly to the high-speed rail station.

There's no urban hustle and bustle, only the gentle rustling of mountain winds through pine branches and the sound of dripping spring water from the eaves, weaving life into a slow-paced poem. This is more than just a place to stay; it's a gentle haven hidden in the mountains, allowing everyone who comes to shed their worldly burdens and find inner peace and tranquility in the embrace of the mountains. We stayed here for a few nights. Overall, it was a positive experience. Check-in: Smooth and easy. We were greeted warmly, and upon arrival, our room was upgraded — a nice bonus. Room: Clean, with good-quality bedding. The room had everything we needed: air conditioning, towels, toiletries, bottled water, and a projector. Housekeeping was done daily and wasn't intrusive — we could stay in the room if we wanted. When we arrived, the weather was cold outside, so we slept under two blankets — it was warm enough. Hot water was sufficient for two people as long as we didn't shower for too long. Location: Very convenient — just a few minutes' walk to the East Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area and the bus stop. Plenty of places to eat, grab a drink, and buy daily necessities are nearby. Noise level: We slept really well — it was quiet and peaceful, with only birdsong in the morning. There was construction going on near the hotel during our stay, but it wasn't disruptive at all; no noise in the morning or evening. Drawbacks: · There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. If you're sensitive to smoke, it's worth asking for a non-smoking room when booking. · Although the room was clean, it was clear that the hotel is a bit older — not brand new, but still well-maintained. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly option with a great location for visiting Xiaoqikong, this is a solid choice. We were happy with our stay.
