One suggestion: for the private hot springs in the rooms, either provide disposable bath liners or clearly label them as 'sanitized' so guests feel more at ease using them. "This hotel is located about 2-3 kilometers from the west gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in Libo, nestled among beautiful mountains with an excellent and very tranquil ecological environment. It's a villa complex with good management. There's a shuttle service from the hotel lobby to your specific building; since we drove, we just parked directly at our room. The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and odorless, with a wide-open view allowing us to enjoy the nearby mountain scenery right from our room. The hotel even provided two complimentary tickets to Xiaoqikong, though the scenic area's shuttle bus requires separate payment. There's also a dedicated shuttle service from the hotel to the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area Visitor Center, which is very convenient. Five-star rating, I'll definitely recommend it to friends looking for a similar experience."

"I'm giving this a full five stars! I came alone during the off-season and booked a day in advance. As soon as I contacted the hotel, they immediately started their concierge service – arranging pick-ups and drop-offs from the station and attractions, and even upgrading my room. The 4th-floor room with a large terrace offered beautiful, quiet views. The hotel's location is peaceful yet incredibly close to all the sights, and they provided great local tips. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, and both the afternoon tea and breakfast were abundant and delicious. The cleanliness was excellent, with disposable bath towels and towel sets provided, and the bedding was very comfortable. The weather was perfect; I even saw morning mist and the sunrise from the terrace. The Yao-style foot bath was just what I needed – after visiting the waterfall and then Daqikong, coming back from exploring the ancient village in the evening and soaking my feet meant I was ready to go again the next day! It was a very comfortable two-day, one-night stay. Everyone I encountered – the concierge, front desk staff, drivers, and the guides and boatmen at the scenic spots – were all wonderful. The hotel is also situated at a convenient location, around 7-10 minutes walk to the attraction east gate entrance and bus station to another city. They also provided soup noodle for breakfast. The room design is unreasonable; the bathroom glass in the standard room and family room is semi-transparent. 4. There's no extra place to hang clothes in the room, and the electrical outlets are unstable. The air conditioner switch is conveniently located in the middle of the bed; it's very hot when you enter, and you have to run to the bed to turn it on. The room lacks smart home features, unlike other rooms costing around 200 yuan. 5. The foot bath basin was tiny, the herbal medicine packet was also tiny, and the water they delivered was probably boiling water; I almost got scalded. I had to add cold water until it was almost overflowing before I could soak my feet. Compare that to the huge packet from Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. "
