"The environment is quiet and peaceful, and it's super close to the train station, just a three to five-minute walk to the bustling city center. The hotel staff are all friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home during our stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and they provided coffee and tea. The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks, plus a delightful surprise: high-quality facial masks replenished daily! There was also a selection of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. Every day, there's a Happy Hour offering free red and white wine, specially crafted non-alcoholic drinks, ginger tea, and some snacks."

"The hotel has a good location and the sign is easy to spot. It's within walking distance of Yi Shun Xuan and Jiaoxi Community. There are many restaurants on the street, and it's quite lively. The hotel owner is very friendly and can accommodate any special needs. If you have a car, you can ask the landlady to arrange parking."

"A family of 5: the kids enjoyed the room with the slide v much. The 3 queen beds(2 on upper loft) and 1 on lower floor were very comfortable, pillows offered decent support. A fan was provided in room to circulate the air. Kids really enjoyed sliding down but sound proofing of the room not that thick so we were told that the kids were too noisy. The staff were v helpful with the carpark arrangement at a separate site, we didn’t have to worry abt getting a carpark lot on all 3 days.  Not so great: The Minsu’s toilet has no non-slip flooring or bathmats inside so hard to dry the toilet floor after a shower. Shampoo & body soap provided though. No shower curtains. Staff didn’t make up the room although we hung the tag to clean room. They did apologise when we asked abt it.  All in all, a restful stay, with good space for the family with our 2 luggages opened on the sofa. Would recommend if kids are young & would love the slide room. Walking distance to Luodong Night Market too."

"The hotel room was very clean, and the private hot spring tub in the room was spacious. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to check out the public hot spring. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Jiaoxi's lively downtown area. The breakfast the next day was amazingly plentiful and impressive. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend! ❤️"

"For this price, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is super convenient, with a convenience store, restaurants, a pharmacy, and the Yishunxuan souvenir shop right downstairs. Tangweigou Hot Spring Park and its market are also nearby, and it's only about a 5-minute walk to Jiaoxi Station. I was very satisfied with the room's cleanliness and the service. The twin room was spacious, with two extra-large double beds that were more than enough for two people – very comfortable. Don't expect much from the welcome drinks and snacks though, haha! We were lucky to encounter a staff member who spoke Cantonese, and she was incredibly helpful. A big thank you to her!"

"The bustling downtown and market are just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Nearly all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional in answering our questions. This trip marked our seven-month anniversary, and it added so many wonderful memories as we head towards our eighth month together. Upon check-in, the hotel learned we were celebrating our anniversary and thoughtfully upgraded us to a mountain-view room. The in-room welcome drinks were incredibly generous, featuring mini beers, plum wine, coke, and Pocari Sweat – essential for rehydration after a soak; they even included face masks to pamper us while we enjoyed the in-room hot spring bath. All the room's fixtures and fittings were new and high-quality: a Toto washlet, a Panasonic 1400 nanoe hairdryer, a thoughtful wooden gua sha massage comb, and hyaluronic acid-infused shower gel that left skin feeling smooth and soft. What truly amazed me were the double-layered automatic curtains (even in the room's private hot spring area!). The double room's bathtub was spacious enough for up to four people – a very comfortable size. In the afternoon, the lobby offered preserved fruits and freshly brewed tea, perfect for a relaxing break after a dip in the outdoor public hot spring. After dinner, they provided handmade kumquat-flavored tofu pudding, and it was unlimited – so generous! (There's a lovely staff member in the lobby, Tina, who's a treasure trove of recommendations for local food and sights; don't hesitate to ask her for her secret list of must-try places!) Last but not least, I highly recommend trying the hotel's breakfast, especially the freshly blanched beef soup. Even my boyfriend, who grew up in Tainan, the home of beef soup, couldn't stop raving about it. *If you're planning a weekday visit like we did and want to try some local famous eateries, be sure to check their opening hours in advance. Many popular spots are only open from Friday to Sunday or during specific hours, like mornings until 2 PM. (Luckily, you can find a lot of food on Uber Eats!) Heartily recommend!"

"The hotel is located on the main street, about 10 minutes away from Jiaoxi Railway Station. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are many choices for supper. There is also a hot spring fish nearby where you can experience exfoliation. The hotel room is of moderate size, the hot spring is quite large, and there are windows that can be opened. The cool breeze is quite comfortable. "

"The views are amazing, and the shared kitchen is super practical! They have a great variety of beautiful utensils, perfect for cooking simple meals. They even provide a corkscrew. On the first floor, the common area has a first-aid kit and plays soothing music. Besides a Marshall speaker and a Dyson hairdryer, they thoughtfully provide facial masks, sanitary pads, panty liners, and bath salts in the room. The tea bags are even Twinings! ✨ Breakfast is delivered to your room, and I highly recommend the Chinese breakfast (we both thought it was better). My only small suggestion would be to add conditioner, but overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!"

"The facilities are quite new. Although the bathtub had a slight odor, the water pressure was excellent. However, the bathroom floor lacked anti-slip properties, which felt a bit dangerous. Also, the room's soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, it was still decent. As for service, since it's a self-check-in/no-front-desk design, I couldn't really rate it."
