"I was initially attracted by the room's view and the generous buffet breakfast, which led me to book the room. The actual room matched the pictures, but some design elements were rather inconvenient. Showering was only possible in the bathtub, and the showerhead's mounting point was too low, forcing me to sit or squat in the tub to wash up. The twist-type faucet kept falling down, which startled me. I had to rely on my nearsightedness (almost 600 degrees) and the feeling of soap on my face to reinstall it. Even though I washed up entirely in the bathtub, there were still water stains on the bathroom floor. The bathtub itself was wobbly, so I had to be careful of the water on the floor after getting out to avoid slipping. The bathroom design wasn't suitable for middle-aged or elderly people. The curtains in the room and bathroom only covered the bathtub area; the sink and toilet were completely exposed. I had to leave my clothes in the toilet before and after showering. The design that allowed people to view naked in the middle was also quite absurd. The wall-mounted hairdryer reminded me of a hotel from 20 years ago. The room used a traditional key lock, which took some getting used to. The guesthouse was about an 18-minute walk from the city center, with a bit of uphill climbing on the way back.
The advantages of this guesthouse are its spacious rooms, large dressing tables, and luxurious hot spring water facilities in every room. There are three room types to choose from, and next time I will choose the double room type. There is a flat parking lot in the basement, which can be reached directly by walking down the stairs from the building. The owner thoughtfully plans a rich vegetarian breakfast, as well as freshly made rice milk and juice. The menu changes every two days. The atmosphere is homey, and there are random extras such as scallion pancakes and radish pancakes, which my elders praised highly. When there are any problems with the rooms, the owner will arrange for someone to handle them. You can feel the care and attention. Therefore, there is a steady stream of guests staying here."
