"This is a pretty good hotel, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming. It's quite close to Metro Line 12. The breakfast was also tasty, though unfortunately it was the same every day with no variety. The room facing the street was a bit noisy, but overall it was decent. The free self-service hot water, tea bags, and coffee are definitely a plus. It's about 2 kilometers from the Seine River, and walking along the river you see all sorts of bridges and sights. Paris is a very pleasant city among European cities."

"Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management and housekeeping are top-notch. The room was also very big. This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in France. It easily competes with five-star hotels. I booked a hotel over Christmas that cost over 15,000 for one night, and honestly, apart from a slightly better view, it really couldn't compare to this one. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is right in front of a bus stop, but it's not connected to major tourist attractions or train stations. You'll have to walk a bit to get there.

"I stayed at ibis paris eiffel tower cambronne 15th and honestly, don’t expect a real hotel experience.
When booking, you only choose the number of people—there’s no option to select room quality. But after arrival, I was told better rooms are available only if you pay more. That option is never shown during booking, which feels misleading since the photos only show the best rooms.
The room I got felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
The location, lobby, and surrounding area are nice—but the service and room quality are not.
Book here only if you’re okay with getting a random (and possibly poor) room."

"The hotel location was fantastic, we didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower but did overlook the statue of liberty. Our party was mum & 2 adult daughters. The staff at reception were really friendly. Our trip was to celebrate a 21st birthday and a pre wedding trip for my daughters and the hotel had decorated the room as a surprise which was lovely. The double bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel, but the sofa bed could definitely use some upgrading. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there were restaurant options available, and a nice self service room which sold essentials (bottled water, toothbrushes, sandwiches, even microwave meals and the microwave to heat them up in). Everywhere was immaculately clean. It was a 15-20 minute wander to the Eiffel Tower and at no point did we feel unsafe, even when walking back at 11.30pm. We all loved it and I definitely hope to go back again. We would recommend to anyone with realistic expectations."

"Right outside T3, there's a shuttle train, making transportation super convenient. The bus stop is also right by the entrance. They have a 24-hour front desk, a restaurant downstairs, and even a supermarket inside T3. Plus, there's filtered water on the first floor. It's a very convenient and clean place to stay."

"The room was quite spacious and clean, and the tea and coffee provided were of good quality. We decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant one evening, and the food was excellent with attentive service. The hotel is a bit far from the city center; it's a 5-8 minute walk to the metro station, and then a 35-minute subway ride to the city center. There's a Carrefour supermarket right next door, which is very convenient for buying groceries and drinks."

AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :)
The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!!
At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

GGuest UserCheck in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate at end of the stay but we had pre paid and didn't want to stay for a drink as needed to get off to next destination.
The staff in fairness were very friendly and our little one did enjoy the table football.the breakfast could have had a bit more variety of more hot food choices and fresh fruit. However we did enjoy the egg station.

GGuest UserI stayed in a triple room for three nights, and everything was great. The room was in excellent condition, the heating was very warm, and the facilities were clean. Above all, the staff was incredibly kind, which made my stay even better.
It was my first time visiting Paris, and on the last day, I had to travel to the airport alone since my travel companions and I were going separate ways. The staff kindly helped me arrange a shared taxi, which allowed me to get to the airport safely and at a reasonable price. I really appreciated their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.
The hotel’s location is great, but the kindness of the staff made it feel even more special—better than a five-star luxury hotel! If I ever visit Paris again, I will definitely stay here again.
J’ai séjourné dans une chambre triple pendant trois nuits, et tout était parfait. La chambre était en excellent état, le chauffage fonctionnait très bien, et les installations étaient très propres. Mais surtout, le personnel était incroyablement gentil, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.
C’était ma première visite à Paris, et le dernier jour, j’ai dû me rendre seule à l’aéroport, car mes compagnons de voyage et moi avons pris des chemins différents. Le personnel m’a aidée avec beaucoup de gentillesse à réserver un taxi partagé, ce qui m’a permis d’arriver à l’aéroport en toute sécurité et à un prix raisonnable. J’ai vraiment apprécié leurs sourires chaleureux et leur hospitalité exceptionnelle.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bon, mais la gentillesse du personnel a rendu mon séjour encore plus spécial—même mieux qu’un hôtel de luxe cinq étoiles ! Si je reviens à Paris, je reviendrai sans aucun doute ici.

XXiaocaiyidieI booked this place when I went to Paris in December. My flight arrived in the morning, and I was worried it was too early to check-in, but the front desk was really accommodating. They let us rest for a bit, and then we were able to start our day right away.
It's about a ten-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which makes getting around pretty convenient. If you want to experience the sights of Paris on foot, it's about a 30-minute walk to the city center.
There are a few supermarkets nearby, which was handy for breakfast. There was also a bakery with delicious croissants. The Korean supermarket was quite expensive, and they didn't have cooking oil, which was a shame as I had planned to cook a couple of meals. The kitchen sink didn't drain very well, and the induction hob would stop working if it got even slightly hot, so I gave up on that idea.
The sofa in the living room can be pulled out to sleep 1-2 people, so overall, it was a good stay.
On our last day, after checking out, we still had some time, so we used the self-service luggage storage. It wasn't cheap, though!

UUncle HsiungThe room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better – right across from the North Station, with a metro entrance just outside. It was literally a two-to-three-minute walk from the Eurostar platform. The staff were diligent, responsible, and friendly. One time, I needed to print something at midnight, and Harold on duty immediately helped me out – a big thanks to him! The only downside to the hotel is the poor soundproofing. My room was next to a large room that could sleep five people. Luckily, out of my seven-night stay, there were only two nights when someone was next door: once it was a family with two crying children, and another time it was a group of young people…

BBee NordinLocation wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building. If you stay longer, there's morning market on Wednesday and Saturday which offer a quintessential local experience for fresh produce, cheeses, and artisanal goods.
Facilities provided is okay and comfortable. i have no complaint.

Ccandy828Was not the cheapest stay, certainly got better options - limited facilities, location was weird as you must walk up somehow to the lobby and it’s quite a bit of walk / stairs as the lift was broken, hard to navigate just by looking at google maps. Limited staffs at the counter to help out, overall not the worst but not the best stay.

I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival.
Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris.
There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper.
The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel.
I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night.
The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars.
In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room.
It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****.
We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear.
Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us.
Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them.
We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day.
Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me.
I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug.
I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare.
As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
