Staying here for one night with two meals, featuring Kaiseki cuisine, is a perfect short escape for those who love natural hot springs. My skin felt incredibly smooth for days after soaking! Having a room with a private open-air bath on the balcony was super convenient, though the public baths are also great. In the evening, you can relax in the lounge with complimentary fruit, red wine, or tea. The next morning, I loved getting up early to enjoy a hot tea on the reading room's balcony, watching the gentle dawn light.

Great great ryokan. We booked a room with private onsen. The whole vibe of the hotel is so luxury and relaxing. Only stayed for a night but wished we stayed longer. Dinner was amazing. Breakfast is traditional japanese so might not be everyone's cup of tea. All in all a fantastic experience with great food, great vibes and super attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Great location, about a 15-minute walk from Sapporo train station. The room was spacious and clean, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and, even though their English was limited, they made a genuine effort to communicate, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The Hotel has 3 buildings and a common parking area. It uses a self check-in/check-out system, which worked great. The building is beautiful and clean, there is an elevator so no need to carry your bags upstairs. The room itself is magnificent. It has everything you might need, including the washer, kitchenette, comfortable couches and tables with 4 chairs. The size of the room is decent as well, and 4 of us felt comfortable in it. I arrived very early after taking an overnight flight. I asked the front desk if it was possible to check in earlier and mentioned that I was willing to pay an additional fee if needed. However, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that early check-in was not possible, and the tone was not very friendly. As a result, I had to wait until 3 p.m. while feeling very tired. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I also had a very comfortable sleep that night.

2 stations away from Chitose airport. The great thing about this hotel is it’s unlimited drinks offering a variety of soups, coffee and others. Love its convenience also. Thank you to the friendly staff.

About or less than 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The hotel also nearby Aeon which less than 10 minutes walking distance. It's a quiet place. The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key.

The tatami room with a garden outside really gives you a taste of a traditional Japanese home when you open the door. Because of this, people who come to use the public bath often take a peek inside, haha. The hotel itself feels quite old, but it's not bad. However, if you want to shower, you have to go to the public bath separately. There's only a toilet in the room. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, which I liked. When you check in, they can also book an airport shuttle for you if you want, and there are about 5-6 time slots available. There's also an Aeon mall nearby, which is great for a walk, dinner, and some sightseeing. There's an izakaya on the first floor too, which is popular and serves good food!

I saw comments mentioning a pick-up service from Chitose Station, so before checking in, I specifically emailed the hotel to confirm. They replied that I could take a taxi, hand the receipt to the front desk, and the hotel would reimburse the metered fare. However, upon checking in, the front desk refused to process the reimbursement, claiming I took a taxi from the 'wrong exit.' Chitose Station itself has two exits, and the hotel did not specify which exit to use in their email, nor did they mention any specific requirements for other taxi pick-up locations. I then showed the front desk the email the hotel had sent me before my stay. Even with that, we argued about the issue for a while before they finally agreed to process the reimbursement. During the process, the front desk repeatedly emphasized that this was an 'exception' and would not be handled this way in the future. If there were designated pick-up exits or location restrictions, the hotel could have clearly stated them in the email before check-in or on the booking platform. The fact that the front desk immediately identified that I took a taxi from the wrong exit after seeing the fare suggests that other guests have encountered similar issues before. Given this, the hotel should have proactively explained this in the email instead of waiting until the guest checks in to inform them. The room itself matched the pictures, and it felt like it had been thoroughly cleaned, but because the hotel is quite old, there were still some minor issues. The morning airport shuttle was very reliable, the driver was friendly, and it took about 10 minutes to reach the airport.

The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.
