"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Yatsugatake as a family traveling with a baby. The hotel is surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the mountains, which immediately creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for families who want to slow down and breathe. The hotel is very family-friendly. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, but the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everyone was kind, patient, and attentive, which really made a difference for us as parents. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with enough space to comfortably stay with a baby. We especially appreciated the peaceful environment at night, which allowed our baby (and us!) to rest well. The facilities were also well suited for families. The common areas are easy to navigate with a stroller, and the overall layout of the hotel feels relaxed and not overwhelming. The natural surroundings add a special charm and make the stay feel refreshing and rejuvenating. Overall, Grand Mercure Yatsugatake is an excellent choice for families with babies who are looking for comfort, tranquility, and good service in a beautiful natural setting. We would definitely consider coming back and recommend it to other families traveling with young children."

He was doing it! The hall is very beautiful, and it seems that there is a tea specialty store on the first floor for lunch. The room is a little old, but it was very clean and spacious 々 and it was easy to spend! Amenities were basic, such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo body soaps! (There is no pajamas, so it is essential to bring it yourself) I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."

"One mistake ruined our fun family trip. The hotel service and the staff were wonderful. I'm sure they had a pleasant stay. However, they didn't check the food allergies that we had requested twice in advance, and as a result, my daughter's condition suddenly worsened after the dinner appetizer. She was taken to Yamanashi Prefectural Central Hospital by ambulance. She was able to return to the hotel that same day, but she was not allowed to take a bath, and could not have breakfast the next morning, and she was in a coma during her stay at the hotel. Since she was unable to have dinner or breakfast, we were offered a refund, which we received, but I cannot understand why she came to a resort, was taken away in an ambulance, and instead of feeling refreshed, she became even more tired, and we were charged the full accommodation fee. We spent half of our stay in the ambulance. We were exhausted and had to change our plans the next day to return home early. I hope the hotel understands that one oversight ruined our family's summer vacation."

The surrounding area was pitch black with no street lights in the villa area, and there was no information board, so I finally arrived by relying on the car navigation system. The hall was large and beautiful, the room was large, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. The large communal bath was also large and beautiful. The staff was foreign, but they guided me politely. It was good that the room was okay, but the whole building was discomfort with the sweet perfume or aroma-like scent. It may be good for a massage room, but I think the accommodation is odorless."
