I stumbled upon this treasure on a business trip, and it immediately landed on my 'Priority Business Trip Hotels' list 📝 I absolutely have to rave about it! As soon as I got out of the car, a bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. The moment I pushed open the lobby doors, I was instantly charmed – the aroma was a subtle citrus, not overwhelming or pungent, and the background music was gentle jazz. Even the few minutes spent waiting to check in felt leisurely, a stark contrast to the crowded, chaotic feeling of other hotels 😌 My room was an even bigger surprise! The floor-to-ceiling window overlooked the city's central park, and in the evening, I watched the sunset paint the clouds a honeyed hue. After turning on the lights at night, the lighting was a soft, warm tone, not at all harsh. The bedding was just the right firmness; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in new places, but last night, I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow, and a huge chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away 🌙 The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries had a subtle woody scent. The shower pressure was great, and the hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after my shower. Breakfast exceeded expectations too. The freshly made wontons were plump and generously filled, the freshly ground coffee was incredibly aromatic, and even the fruit was neatly cut and arranged, truly fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day 🍉 The detail that touched me the most was that the front desk knew it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info). That evening, they sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card. The handwriting was a bit wobbly, but it was incredibly warm and heartfelt. This kind of thoughtful, understated care is a hundred times more pleasant than flashy marketing. The value for money is truly excellent. It's perfect for both business trips and a quick weekend city getaway. I've already recommended it to colleagues who travel frequently in my department. Next time I'm in this city, I'm definitely staying here again! 👍"

"Booked this hotel as I was visiting a show in Pacifico Yokohama and this was within reasonable walking distance through Landmark Plaza. General location is excellent, within short walking distance from Sakuragicho Station on the JR line, thru the Colette Mall which is connected to the hotel. Also walkable to the Ferris Wheel and Cup Noodles Museum. The Colette Mall has a wide variety of shops and restaurants including a cinema and supermarket in the basement so that adds to the convenience for this hotel. The hotel lobby is on L3, where they also have a restaurant and an amenities rack where you can pick up what you need (hair brush, shower cap, shaver kit etc). The room is rather small for 2 persons with not much space to walk around if you have 2 luggages opened at the same time. Bathroom area is also quite tight but thankfully clean. I guess the size is typical of hotels in Japan. Bed and pillow is ok though I would prefer it firmer. There's a water dispenser on every level near the lifts. I also wished they had brighter lights, the dim orange lights make working on the laptop a little challenging. It's also interesting that they change the bedsheets daily when I request for making up room but actually all I need is a change of towels and clearing out the rubbish. Maybe they can offer an option for just that in future, to be more sustainable."

"From the moment I checked in, I didn't have to lift a finger; my luggage was taken directly to my room by a dedicated staff member. 1. Only some room types include a complimentary first round from the minibar; other rooms only get free bottled water. 2. The toiletries are all by Mikimoto. 3. The 17th-floor buffet restaurant requires a queue number to be seated. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend getting there early to get a number. 4. The main facilities are in the main building. To get to the tower, you need to take an elevator to the M floor and then transfer via a hallway."

"Right across from Shinagawa Station, this hotel is super convenient for getting anywhere as Shinagawa is one of Tokyo's major transportation hubs. There's a 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor of the hotel annex, though it gets so busy during peak hours that the staff look completely worn out. It's generally very convenient if you avoid the 7-9 PM rush. I was a bit disappointed that the ice machine on my floor was out of order during my stay. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with both Western and Japanese options, including cold udon, curry rice, gyudon, and freshly made onigiri."

"This hotel has a convenient location in a quiet residential area, so if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they will make your stay in Tokyo enjoyable. The rooms are clean, and the hotel offers delicious breakfasts in the lobby (available for an additional fee). Additionally, the hotel encourages guests to recycle their clothes responsibly."

"As a female solo traveller seeking shopping and safe travel, this hotel is my top choice. The rooms are spotless, quiet and spacious enough for a single person. The shower is over the bath and the water is strong and hot, perfect for winding down after a long day of walking. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the towels are changed and bins emptied daily. The whole room is serviced every three days, which is plenty. I stayed for 7 nights and had no regrets. I borrowed an iron and board from reception and used the laundry facilities with 500 yen (100 yen coins accepted). Asakusabashi Station is just a 7-minute walk straight line from the A3 Exit and has elevators and lifts to the platform. For shopping, I highly recommend Akihabara, which is a 15-minute walk from the hotel and has everything I need."

"The location and cospa were good and it was a short stay. Check-in takes a lot of time, and I think this is an issue. If you are a member, you can check in by machine, but if you think about guest response from overseas, you need to improve"

"Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The bell boy who helped me with bringing my luggages to the room was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English too. Though not all staff spoke good English, they tried their best to assist me. Their service standard is consistent throughout. The room and the toilet was spacious and clean. There were 4 restuarants that I could go to for breakfast. The Garden Lounge which served buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food and drink. Most importantly the food was yummy! I enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden with waterfall view as I was seated by the window during breakfast."

"Extremely close to the subway station, and the surrounding area is super convenient. I was a bit worried about transportation when I booked here, but it turns out everything is covered. There are convenience stores, 24-hour supermarkets, and even a greengrocer. To get to the airport, you can take one subway stop to Kasai Station, and across the street, there's an airport shuttle for 1800 yen per person. Getting to the city center is just a transfer on the Tozai Line. Most importantly, the room is super spacious and comfortable, though the mattress is a bit firm. Plus, there's breakfast every day: one day it's Japanese rice balls, and the other it's Western-style toast and sausage. All in all, it's definitely worth staying here."
