"The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. They even stored my luggage for free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. It's only a 5-minute walk from Ariake subway station, and there's a duty-free shop nearby."

"Location wise, Shinagawa prince hotel located near the Shinagawa station, so you are basically can travel anywhere without any hassle, reallyy JR lines (Yamanote Line) even Natrita Express and Shinkansen all passing by this station. The hotel it self is pretty big, they have so many tower (i stayed in Annex Tower) there are so many things to do inside this hotel, there is a bar, a cinema, shopping centre, a 7-11, a bowling area, aquarium, you name it 😄. The room i booked also pretty spacious, it can fit 3 people and our big luggage. With a great view toward the city (the are a huge window). The aminities is pretty ok (hotel standard) they also offer a drip coffee (which taste really good) that they refill every day (you can ask more if you want). And the price for a night at this hotel is quite a steall it is not the cheapest hotel in tokyo nor the most expensive one. Overall i enjoyed my stay there and didn’t regret spending my money to stay there. Would definitely come back again to this place."

"I stayed in Ginza for a day as a transit stop after landing, and the bed was great; I slept soundly until morning. I had dinner at Hokuto Wagyu downstairs, but it wasn't great value for money. The most expensive set menu was ¥3980, and the portion of beef for two was tiny. The ¥1000 special lunch set was acceptable for the price, but the meat quality was very ordinary. The discounted sashimi from OK Supermarket was excellent; I got a fantastic meal for just 100 RMB. I tried the beef bowl at Tsukiji Market downstairs, but the beef had a strong ***** taste. The offal bowl had a very heavy bean paste flavor that I couldn't get used to. The market itself is mostly tourists, so it's worth a quick look around, but that's about it."

"We had a great stay at Shibuya Stream Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient and easy to find, with great access to transport and nearby attractions - Shibuya Sky. The room was clean, modern, and stylish. Overall, a very comfortable stay—highly recommended!"

From the bedding and tabletops to every corner of the bathroom, everything was spotless. The towels, toiletries, and other amenities were neatly arranged, and this meticulous attention to detail really put me at ease. The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to the tram station, making daily commutes, sightseeing, and dining out super convenient. Plus, there are three convenience stores and a drug store nearby, so you can easily grab late-night snacks, restock travel essentials, or pick up daily necessities in one go, without any detours. It's truly ideal for solo travelers. The front desk staff were also very attentive, communicating smoothly and friendly. Both check-in and check-out processes were incredibly quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. For a solo trip to Japan, choosing this place is a no-brainer – highly recommended!"

"Before coming, I was a bit worried about the hotel's age and potential issues with its facilities. However, upon arrival, it exceeded my expectations. The environment is top-notch, and the hygiene is excellent. They provide a wide range of high-quality amenities. The room was tidied up perfectly every day. Key points: The hotel's location is superb, extremely close to the central shopping area of Ikebukuro. Even on rainy days, spending an entire day at Sunshine City, which is connected to the hotel, is no problem. Furthermore, the dining options in Ikebukuro are surprisingly affordable. You can find quality meals with good service for 1000-1500 yen. Even if you don't want to eat out, the FamilyMart on the first floor of the hotel can cover all your meals with a rich variety of options. Lastly, the transportation is very convenient. From Ikebukuro East Station, you can easily reach Shinjuku and Shibuya. From the West Station, you can get to Ueno, Ginza, and Sumida."

"Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The bell boy who helped me with bringing my luggages to the room was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English too. Though not all staff spoke good English, they tried their best to assist me. Their service standard is consistent throughout. The room and the toilet was spacious and clean. There were 4 restuarants that I could go to for breakfast. The Garden Lounge which served buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food and drink. Most importantly the food was yummy! I enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden with waterfall view as I was seated by the window during breakfast."

"The hotel's location is excellent. You can see Tokyo Tower from the lobby building. It's also very close to Ginza, which is great for shopping. Plus, the convenience store and coffee shop downstairs are really good. It's super convenient to get anywhere from here."

"The facilities are great, especially the tatami mats, and the shower pressure was excellent. The only minor downside was the 10 AM checkout. Unfortunately, my family caught the flu and had a fever of over 40 degrees. Luckily, I brought medicine, but they still needed to rest. I had to pay for an additional 5 hours, at 1100 yen per hour, for an early check-in and late checkout. It was a lifesaver that they allowed us to pay for the extra time; otherwise, I don't know what we would have done. Tsukiji Market is right downstairs, but the subway is a bit of a walk, usually more than 8 minutes. Overall, it's great value for money."

"You can directly access the hotel from Shinjuku Station via an underground passage. There's a supermarket and a Gyoza no Ohsho right downstairs, so there are plenty of dining options. It's also super close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building! I went to both the North and South Observation Decks for two days straight. They have gift shops, and someone was even playing the piano impromptu. XX was allowed in, sigh..."
