I had a very pleasant stay at KVL Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere. The room was well maintained, and everything I needed was available. I stayed at Okay Boutique Hotel for one night with my family, and overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. The staff were truly superb—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our short stay with the family very easy and pleasant. We also loved the hotel’s ambiance, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was okay with a decent selection, though it could have had a little more variety. Pool area and rooftop bar is amazing at night! For the price, the quality of the room, service, and overall experience was definitely worth it. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Phnom Penh!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The area was very nice and u could walk or take a tuk tuk to move around. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helped me with all my questions and requests. The roof top restaurant had a verity of great and tasty food.

The place is near Central Market. I chose it because it is next to the bus hub. Unfortunately, The hub is no longer operational. However, Central market is perfect for money exchange and other purchases. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Aircon worked perfectly. Wifi was great. Service was top notch. I forgot my face mask and returned. The receptionist gave it back to me. There was a minor thing related to the smell of smoke in the room (it is forbidden to smoke) but they were kind to change the room for me. Highly recommend.

Perfectly positioned for exploring Phnom Penh. Royal Palace, Riverside, and markets all within easy walking distance. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and spotlessly maintained. The 24-hour pub downstairs is a genuine asset—reliable food and drink whenever you need it. Staff consistently go above expectations. Noise is the trade-off for this central location. Excellent value; bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

The front desk staff were very polite and gave a friendly greeting every time I headed out, which made my stay feel safe and secure. Security is good as you need a key card to operate the elevator and enter the room. There was no hair dryer, but perhaps because it was a weekday, the hotel wasn't full and I got a free upgrade. I was so happy to find that both the shower room and the room itself were spacious, and the hot water worked well. Small shampoo and body wash are also provided. Great value for money, highly recommended. To get to the riverside or the night market, taking a tuk-tuk or similar transport works very well.

The shower wasn't clean, on the geizyr some female left overs and the room was very smelly, ac no remote, so could not use, cs 20 degrees, is way to cold. But the stuff is super helpful and friendly. Only owner should make new pictures cause the hotel is more a cheap hostel where they put the budget rooms. I had 9nly 1 window in the floor.
