"The room I was assigned was a small loft, which was clean and well-equipped. The surroundings were quiet, making for a very comfortable room environment. It's relatively close to the airport, but a bit far from downtown Seoul. However, there are buses running late into the night that stop near the hotel."

"The hotel is a 5-minute drive from T2 and a 20-minute drive from T1. It's not walkable, so you'll need to take a car. The hotel shuttle bus is very punctual; just be at the designated spot according to the timetable, which is super convenient. The room facilities look quite new and are clean. There's really nothing around the hotel, but there's a convenience store downstairs where you can buy microwaveable meals, which is a nice touch."

"The extended stay apartment is ridiculously far from Central Seoul! Then again I was trying to be cheap because everything in central Seoul was expensive due to the fact the past weekend was the BTS concert which made prices of accommodation surge! However, the room was spacious for one person, the bathroom was clean, all basic amenities provided. Downstairs had convenience store, 24 hr coffee place so perfect to get a late night feed if you are hungry! But unless u are willing to pay for relatively expensive taxi rides into the city, better to stay closer! Otherwise subway can take up to 1.5-2 hrs one way to get to central tourist locations in Seoul! However, cherry blossoms were blooming in the area so it was a great to see some late blooms too! Check in is tricky at first, make sure taxi drops you off at the street given to you and then you need to walk through a shopping centre, go up 2 escalators, and then turn right to get into the lobby which is on 3rd Floor not Ground Floor."

"I had a trip to Guam and a layover in Incheon, so I used my Trip.com points to book the Ora Hotel near Incheon Airport for an overnight stop. Although the hotel seemed a bit out of the way, it's actually very close to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, about a 12-13 minute drive from each. They also offer a free shuttle service (pickup needs to be booked in advance, and drop-off can be arranged when you check in). It's perfect for anyone catching an early flight. The hotel exterior has a nice design, and the room facilities are relatively new and decent. Like most hotels abroad, they don't provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. However, the front desk has vending machines where you can buy them for a reasonable price, just a few RMB. I always travel with my own toiletry kit, so it wasn't an issue for me. There are also self-service lockers at the front desk for luggage storage. The room was quiet, making it ideal for a layover rest. PS: I had an early flight and couldn't use the breakfast benefit, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for early morning flyers, which were available in a small fridge at the front desk for self-service. They tasted pretty good, a very considerate touch."

However, there's an area with adult entertainment establishments nearby, so solo female travelers should be cautious. Service: Eight out of ten times the front desk staff isn't there. Their working hours seem very short. The service is barely there, but better than nothing I suppose."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's right next to the ferry terminal that takes you to Incheon city. For just 3,500 won, you can be near Incheon Chinatown for sightseeing and dining in about ten minutes. My room had a sea view and a balcony; every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in Normandy. There are many seafood restaurants nearby, and a bike path along the beach. Running along the seaside promenade downstairs every day was pure bliss. This place will definitely be my base for exploring Incheon's islands. The front desk service was courteous and friendly; they even lent me a charging cable for free and gave me extra water. The price was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time."

This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather South Korea's cultural and political situation; even the outside world displayed in the elevators is entirely in Korean, completely disconnected from the rest of the world.

Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

Uuniverse96Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy. Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

EEvgmiIt was a wonderful experience. I was booking accommodation to work. The WiFi and the room were great. I was a little lost when checking in, but the host helped me. Location near the subway station, quiet area. There are many cafes around. It was a comfortable location for me, but it's little far from tourist attractions. But it's perfect just for life. I'll definitely stop here again.

GGuest UserThe place is very nice overall, with great amenities and a comfortable setup. I especially appreciated having a washing machine and a space to dry clothes, which made a big difference during my long stay. However, I found it quite odd that the kitchenette was essentially non-functional. I understand there may be fire safety regulations in Korea, but it still felt strange that there were no basic items provided, not even a plate or a spoon. On the positive side, the shower was excellent, and the TV was modern and easy to use, I was able to download all the apps I needed without any issues. The heating system also worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was spotless throughout my stay. That said, there were a few inconveniences. The smoking announcement played twice a day in three languages, which became quite annoying over time. I understand the importance of enforcing non-smoking rules and I’m also very sensitive to smells, but the repeated loud announcements can be disruptive, especially when trying to rest or work. Another point is that there’s usually no staff at reception. I didn’t mind the self check-in process, it was actually quite easy, but when I did try to ask a question to the staff member who was present (handling check-in cards), she was quite impolite and unwilling to help. As a foreigner, I found this particularly discouraging. I was doing my best to communicate, and she didn’t make any effort to assist, even something as simple as connecting via KakaoTalk, which I had installed specifically for communication. Lastly, I would suggest providing more toilet paper and tissues, especially for longer stays.

DDell RoyThe auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza. I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.

GGuest UserThe location was excellent and very convenient. I especially appreciated having a convenience store inside the hotel which made everything so easy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with every request. The airport shuttle was another major plus and made travel seamless. I also ordered the American breakfast through room service, and it was quite good. The only concern I noticed was that the bedsheets and towels had a strong cologne scent, which was a bit overwhelming.

MMaegen GewDecided to choose a hotel nearby incheon as the next day we have to be in the airport by 4:30am . I choose hotel hue loft due to its location and its another view of the side of seoul and its 7-10min away from seoul which made our trip back home easier. i did the right choice, hotel hue loft Its petite but its clean. Easy to check in as the owner had prepared. They gave me ground floor room as its easier for me alone to carry 3 bags with a 10yrs old kid. The little one is exciting to see the loft . But the loft might be harder for those who is above 170cm . The room came with heated floor to keep us warm as the temperature of our visit shown 1c but felt like -13’c as its seaside with strong wind. The bathroom is in petite size but its ok for us as asian and we can experience the korean way on our last day. I like the location with sea breeze just we dont have enough time to explore the seaside and the cafe its must be a very chill place to stay, the BBQ shop down the hill near the hotel served comfort food. The bakery next door sell delicious bake which we bought for next day breakfast. The convenient store gave us last chance to stock up snacks to bring back home. I like this place if there is another visit to korea will surely come bck to. Kudos to trip.com . The taxi printout / contact hotel in korean words is very useful if you taking taxi as i found the taxi we took he is unsure of the location of the hotel , therefore i direct call via the print out and shown him the address which it does help.

AAnonymous UserThe room was a bit small, and it had escape equipment installed. The shower was great, and the toiletries were high quality. Downstairs, there's a park and the harbor. All the shops there sell fried seafood! There's no shuttle, so it's a 20-minute taxi ride.
