I frequently stay in hotels but rarely leave reviews. This classic five-star hotel maintains its standard very well. Check-in was quick and seamless. Alice at the front desk was professional and smiled throughout the process, clearly well-trained, not a temporary staff member. The lobby is grand with high ceilings. The bedding in the room was truly comfortable, which I have to commend. The overall room layout was good, and all corners were spotless, with no hidden dirty spots, so I felt very at ease. The housekeeper on the 15th floor was very diligent and thorough; the cleanliness was excellent. The pool water was also very clean. The quality of this five-star hotel is definitely up to par.

The front desk lady was absolutely lovely. Even during a concert event, my stay was fantastic. There's a night market right downstairs and the subway station is super close. They even had complimentary drinks! The only minor issue was the messy package deliveries on the first day, but the front desk lady on the night shift organized everything perfectly. Super nice!

The hotel environment was excellent. As soon as we entered, the bellhop helped us with our luggage and brought it up to our room after we checked in. The front desk staff even proactively upgraded us to an executive room, making our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. It definitely met the standards of a five-star hotel. This was the most comfortable stay we had during our trip to Qingdao, and it offered great value for money. It's even more ideal if you're traveling by car! There are malls and many restaurants near the hotel. And for food delivery, a robot brings it right to your room, which is super convenient! Although it was a short stay as we headed to the airport the next day, it left a deep impression. This will be our first choice next time we visit Qingdao!

The soundproofing is really bad; it was noisy every night, including the weekend. There are no large malls or supermarkets nearby, so you have to take a taxi everywhere. On the plus side, traffic isn't an issue and fares are cheap. The breakfast wasn't too crowded, even though the hotel was full. The selection wasn't huge, but the taste was decent, and the staff were great – they even waived the charge for my child's meal.

Overall I think the hotel was great for the price. The location especially was very convenient compared to others at the same price point- lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was also a standout, they had seemingly very genuine smiles every time they greeted us. The only issue I experienced was receiving a bath towel with a sizable hole in it from continued use. Otherwise the amenities were generally good. City night view was lovely. Metro was only a 2-3 minute walk.

Whether you're catching an early high-speed train or heading out for sightseeing, you won't waste much time on travel, which is particularly friendly for business travelers. Upon entering the lobby, you can feel Atour's unique humanistic atmosphere. Warm lighting, coupled with minimalist wooden designs, creates a serene environment. The 24-hour Zhuju Library is quiet and elegant, with shelves full of books. You can sit here and read during breaks in your journey, shedding the fatigue of travel. The male manager at the front desk was very efficient with check-in, and the front desk staff were gentle and polite, providing proper service. They proactively offered useful information about local transportation and dining, and luggage storage requests were handled perfectly, showing great attention to detail. The guest room was clean and tidy, continuing Atour's minimalist and tranquil decor. The space was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The Plant series bedding felt soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was firm yet comfortable. After a long day, lying down allowed for complete relaxation. Different pillow styles were available, ensuring a good night's sleep even for those with high demands for sleep quality. The bathroom had full wet and dry separation, with stable water pressure, and the toiletries had a subtle, natural tea scent. The room was equipped with a large desk, ample power outlets, and stable high-speed WiFi, making it very convenient for handling work during business trips.
