My stay here far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. It boasts a great terrace with views of the subway and a park, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in; I got my room card very quickly. There's even a piano in the lobby! The room was spacious with efficient air conditioning and a private bathroom. It was clean and tidy, and the mattress was comfortably soft. If you forget any toiletries, the front desk provides a full range of complimentary items. The security guard was exceptionally kind to guests, helping us open doors and carry luggage. Overall, the atmosphere felt warm and comfortable. What's more, there's a free gym, a home theater room, and a huge communal kitchen. I even saw someone with a pet, so it's pet-friendly too! To stay in such an apartment in Shanghai for just over 100 RMB is incredible value for money. I genuinely recommend this hotel!

The location is superb, right by the riverside promenade. In the evening, a stroll offers a stunning view of Yangpu Bridge. The river view room boasts an expansive vista, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the Huangpu River. Waking up to that view in the morning instantly boosts your mood. The service is attentive and the overall quality is excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and weekend getaways!

I usually stay in five-star hotels, and this was my first time at Atour. You can walk from Yangpu Riverside to North Bund, and this Atour hotel offers the best value for money along the river. It's a 5-minute walk to the riverside, and you can also ride shared bikes along this stretch. The walking and cycling paths are very clean, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Huangpu River and the bustling Lujiazui all the way. We arrived at the hotel around 2 PM. Shanghai was hot, humid, and sunny. As soon as we entered, the front desk staff immediately offered us two bottles of ice-cold mineral water, providing service with a constant smile. They were very professional, comparable to five-star hotels, and it felt wonderful. The lobby is very cozy and fully equipped with a laundry room, gym, study, and lounge area. There's also a 'Late Night Porridge' reminder poster next to the elevator. To our pleasant surprise, they upgraded our room type from an executive twin to a deluxe twin, and the room windows could be opened for ventilation. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-thought-out design and many clever details, making it very convenient. It also came with a mini-fridge containing 1 can of Coke, 1 can of Sprite, 2 bottles of mineral water, and 2 bottles of Atour's own tea drinks. We instinctively looked for a price list but couldn't find one. We nervously called the front desk (because the room rate was very affordable) only to find out everything was complimentary! Additionally, the toiletries, slippers, and other amenities were of excellent quality, exceeding the standard for a four-diamond hotel. All in all, I highly recommend it; the value for money is exceptional! 👍

The location is perfect—there is a metro station just about a 100-meter walk from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. Whether you’re traveling for business or sightseeing, the easy access to public transportation is a huge advantage. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. As an international traveler who doesn’t speak Mandarin, I truly appreciated their kindness and patience. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, a fantastic location, and exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

My child wanted to visit Fudan University, but we couldn't get a reservation online. Thankfully, the hotel staff kindly helped us book it during our holiday stay – I'm so grateful! Overall, our experience after checking in was excellent, and the service was very attentive. We received executive lounge access on the day of check-in. Compared to other hotels, the executive lounge was a bit basic, with not many options.

I came here for a summer vacation, and the location is excellent, right by Wujiaochang. Swiping a card to get upstairs feels very secure. The facilities are a bit old; some paint peeling from the ceiling fell onto the bed, which was a little uncomfortable.

Located upstairs in a newly opened shopping mall, the room was very clean and quiet, with a view of the Huangpu River across the street. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the location was convenient. They even provided complimentary fruit. A very satisfying stay.

Took my mother to Shanghai for a few days. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it easy to get to the North Bund, museums, art galleries, and more. The overall hygiene was clean and comfortable, and the service was great! 👍👍👍

Service: There are multiple washing machines and dryers available, but I'd recommend going early. The hotel breakfast was quite ample, offering all the essentials. The hotel is surrounded by many dining options, providing a wide variety of choices. It's also very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, making it convenient to get anywhere. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.
