This hotel at 26 Zhonghua Road, Huangpu District, boasts an excellent location. It's very close to the metro station, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is bustling with shopping centers, offering a wide array of dining and retail options. Inside, the hotel is comfortable and quiet, with clean rooms. The staff are warm and attentive. It's a perfect base for exploring Shanghai.

The room was very spacious with modern decor, which my child loved. The bed was large enough for an adult and a child to sleep comfortably. The location is superb, close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and The Bund, with plenty of snack shops downstairs! Most importantly, there's a laundry room, which was convenient for our multi-day trip! The night view from the window was also amazing 👍🏻

I specifically booked the Grand Hyatt for my parents this time, and they were extremely pleased with their stay. When they left, they even told me to make sure I thanked the hotel. The overall hotel experience was truly outstanding. From the ambiance and views to the breakfast, everything left a great impression. The room had an amazing view, and the scenery was beautiful, allowing us to fully experience Shanghai's cityscapes right from the hotel. The breakfast selection was rich and high-quality, and the overall environment was comfortable and quiet, making it very suitable for guests traveling with elderly parents. I especially want to commend the hotel's service. The staff were all incredibly warm and patient, and not just superficially polite. They genuinely paid attention to guests' needs. They were also very attentive to older guests, making the entire process, from check-in to check-out, feel very reassuring and comfortable. Many details didn't even need to be explicitly requested; the staff would anticipate them in advance. This thoughtful yet perfectly balanced service was what touched my parents the most during this stay. My parents have been talking about how comfortable their stay was since they returned, full of praise for the hotel's views, breakfast, and service. They even said that if they have a chance to visit Shanghai again, they would love to stay here. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'm also very grateful to the hotel staff for their care over the past few days. Definitely worth a five-star recommendation.

I was recommended this hotel because it doesn't stink of cigarette smoke like other hotels in China. The first room I moved into had no window and stunk of cigarettes. Including the towels. It's the hotel's responsibility to make sure guests understand some rooms have no windows; Write about the lack of windows on photos, figure it out. In the morning I changed rooms and the street facing room was smoke free. The breakfast was meh. The coffee maker kept running out of either water, or milk, or something else. Super annoying not getting coffee after waiting in line for it. Overall average experience. Staff spoke some English but mostly relied on phones. I know this is China but in Shanghai, at the Bund staff should be able to understand that the guest wants to change rooms.

Traveling with kids, this hotel, housed in an old building, is perfect for photos and incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with attractions all around. The Bund is just a short walk away. While the rooms are a bit small, they are fully equipped. The breakfast restaurant, though not large, offers a wide variety of delicious options, which is great! 👍🏻 The cleanliness was also excellent 👍🏻 and the staff were all very welcoming.

We were on a road trip and stayed in Shanghai for two days. Parking was convenient with plenty of spots available. We spent one day exploring on foot and the other at Disneyland. The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the Western pastries which tasted very authentic. We signed up for a Marriott membership, which allowed one child to eat breakfast for free. The hotel is also very close to the Bund, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Sihang Warehouse.

The shower in the bathroom is separate, so it doesn't feel cramped. The guests are generally well-behaved; whether they're long-term residents or short-stay visitors, everyone is quiet. You can't blow-dry your hair in the room after 11 PM. It's very close to the Bund, which is super convenient.

My stay at the Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Classiq Shanghai Bund was excellent! The location is superb, within walking distance to the Bund and Nanjing Road. What truly stood out was the front desk service – the staff were enthusiastic and patient, check-in was efficient and professional, and they answered all my questions, even offering thoughtful tips for sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It truly has that classic hotel ambiance. Overall, the service was attentive and warm. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai. Highly recommended!

This place is incredibly convenient, right next to the Bund and Nanjing Pedestrian Street – literally just a few hundred meters away. We happened to be here during a lockdown this time, and I was so glad it was so close, which made things much easier. If you're planning to visit the Bund and Nanjing Road, I highly recommend staying here!

My stay at Atour Hotel Shanghai was a truly delightful experience. The hotel's overall environment was tranquil and elegant. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the bedding was comfortable. From the hardware facilities to the entire service atmosphere, it consistently upheld Atour's high standards, making my stay very pleasant. I'd like to extend special thanks to the female duty manager on September 1st. Throughout our discussions and problem-solving, she was meticulous and earnest. She patiently listened to my requests, proactively followed up, and handled everything professionally and appropriately. Her dedication in resolving my issues left a very positive impression on me. Furthermore, the laundry service was excellent. As it was quite late by the time it was my turn to do laundry, the staff thoughtfully told me to rest, and then washed and dried my clothes overnight, placing them outside my room door in the morning. I was so touched! Exceptional service truly wins over travelers. The next time I visit Shanghai, I will definitely prioritize staying at this Atour Hotel again!
