A great stay! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and shopping mall. It's also near Huashan Hospital, making transportation very convenient. The free parking was a huge plus, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was well-appointed and warm, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry, free late-night porridge, and free coffee and tea were all very thoughtful amenities. The tea service was also a lovely and attentive touch.

The entire room is smart-controlled, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom is clean and refreshing with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service is warm and efficient. The breakfast selection is rich, and you can enjoy the river view while eating. There's also a free laundry room and a gym with a river view. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture and the genuine care. On weekends, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, which can be booked a day in advance. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch. The front desk staff were also very helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall environment was quiet despite being in the Pudong area. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.
