"My stay at the InterContinental Hangzhou Wulin was incredibly comfortable, worry-free, and luxurious overall. It's by far the most satisfying InterContinental experience I've had in Hangzhou recently. The service was attentive, meticulous, and consistently high-quality throughout, making it highly recommendable! I stayed in an Executive Floor Lake View Room on the 21st floor, and the high-floor advantage for the view was immediately apparent. It happened to be typhoon weather during my visit, with overcast skies and a bit of a grey haze during the day. Yet, even then, the view from the floor-to-ceiling window towards West Lake was still stunning. I could see the city skyline of Hangzhou and the continuous mountains around West Lake, all enveloped in a misty rain that created a unique江南 (Jiangnan) ambiance. As evening approached and the light softened, the night view became serene and clear. Sitting by the window, I could fully immerse myself in the charm of Hangzhou. The expansive view felt open and unconfined, making the viewing experience truly exceptional. What impressed me most was the thoughtful and attentive service from my dedicated butler, Gina. She proactively and meticulously contacted me even before check-in, patiently explaining all the benefits, operating hours, usage rules, and exclusive privileges of both the Executive Floor and the Executive Lounge. Her explanations were detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized, ensuring I understood all available entitlements without any ambiguity or omissions before I even arrived. Throughout my stay, Gina's service was gentle and patient, her responses were prompt, and she managed to be attentive without being intrusive. She consistently checked in on my comfort, patiently answered all my questions, and addressed my needs. Her service was genuinely heartfelt and professional, embodying the meticulousness and thoughtfulness expected of a high-end hotel butler. The experience was truly elevated. The room quality was excellent overall. It was clean, tidy, well-laid out, and felt spacious. The soft furnishings had a luxurious feel, and the lighting created a soft ambiance, making for a very comfortable stay. The toiletries provided by the hotel were high-quality, offering a refreshing and pleasant experience. Additionally, the sparkling tea provided by the hotel was refreshingly delicious, a small detail that added significant value. During my stay, the hotel thoughtfully provided fresh welcome fruit and exquisite desserts, which was a warm gesture and truly showed their sincerity. The overall room hardware, cleanliness, tranquility, and natural light/views all maintained InterContinental's consistently high standards, making for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Now, about the Executive Lounge. Its biggest advantage is the excellent environment – quiet, comfortable, and with very few people. The space is generally spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-lit. Whether for an afternoon rest or an evening drink, it's incredibly pleasant and offers a high degree of privacy. There was no noise or crowding at all, making it perfect for business breaks or simply relaxing. The atmosphere was sophisticated and relaxed. Objectively, I'll mention a minor detail that could be improved: the food selection in the Executive Lounge was relatively ordinary. The afternoon tea pastries were quite standard and lacked novelty, and the evening Happy Hour light meal options were somewhat limited and not very varied. Compared to the hotel's overall hardware and service standards, there's room for improvement in the dining variety. However, this didn't detract from the overall stay experience at all, as the lounge's main strength lies in its quiet, uncrowded, and comfortable atmosphere, which is perfectly acceptable for guests seeking a tranquil stay. To sum it up, my stay at the InterContinental Wulin was very satisfying. Even with the typhoon and rainy weather, the lake view was still outstanding. The room quality was high, the amenities were thoughtful, and the courtesies were heartwarming. The most significant highlight was Gina's professional, meticulous, gentle, and consistently present butler service, which made the entire stay truly delightful. If you're looking for a high-floor lake view, a quiet stay, excellent service, and a worry-free executive experience, the InterContinental Wulin is an excellent choice. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Hangzhou!"

"I was looking for a hotel for Liu Yu's concert and had a long list of requirements: pretty, clean, convenient transportation, a bathtub, and a swimming pool... After much research, I finally chose Grand Hyatt. I was genuinely amazed the moment I walked in. The flowers by the entrance are pruned and maintained daily, looking vibrant and full of life. The hotel's interior is incredibly quiet; I rarely encountered anyone in the elevator. I slept exceptionally well at night. Even though I'm a light sleeper, I didn't need earplugs for two nights straight! 😄 The bedding was also super comfortable; I'd get sleepy as soon as I lay down. 🤣 The hotel pool is well-maintained, and the changing rooms are very clean. The jade room for a quick steam was incredibly convenient. The most important thing was a mishap while packing. I thought I'd lost my E-dabing (a type of makeup compact). When I checked out, I told the front desk, and they didn't shirk responsibility at all. They immediately took a photo and sent it to their colleagues, promising to follow up with me. It turned out I found the compact in my own bag when I went out for dinner... I'm so sorry for causing trouble for everyone! A special thanks to Angel and Rose! They are beautiful and kind!
