"Shangri-La is my top choice when I visit Ningbo, offering an immersive and luxurious experience from start to finish! The hotel is centrally located with excellent transport links, making it easy to get to business districts and attractions. From the moment I checked in, I experienced the warm and attentive service of the Guest Relations team, Roman and Anna. Anna proactively upgraded my room for free; the room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.
I must give a special shout-out to Anna. Her service was gentle, thoughtful, and incredibly detailed. She patiently recommended authentic local restaurants and great value souvenir shops, saving me the trouble of planning – truly warm and considerate!
On the day of my stay, the hotel had a large conference, and the ground-floor breakfast restaurant was crowded and noisy. Instead of giving a perfunctory response, the staff promptly and thoughtfully arranged for me to have a complimentary breakfast at the Horizon Club on the 28th floor. I enjoyed stunning panoramic views of the Sanjiangkou, a tranquil and comfortable dining environment, and a rich variety of Chinese and Western breakfast options, including local Ningbo specialties. It was a complete upgrade to my experience.
The service from Leah at the Horizon Club was timely, flexible, and attentive, with every detail showcasing the high standards of a luxury hotel. My stay was incredibly delightful, and I will definitely book here again on my next trip. I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!"
