"Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍"

"The hotel's overall environment is really good, clean and hygienic. The front desk was very welcoming when we arrived, and most importantly, the price is affordable! Couldn't ask for more, it exceeded my expectations! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"I chose this Atour Hotel because I had an early flight the next day, and it's conveniently located just ten minutes away. The airport shuttle service was a huge plus, so I didn't have to worry about finding a taxi. The front desk staff were very welcoming; they offered me hot water as soon as I arrived and even upgraded my room. The room was clean, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and it even had a nice river view."

"The room was great and spacious. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and patient. She helped us with check-in and registering our car plate, and even upgraded us to a better room because we had a baby. Her service was very attentive. All the facilities in the hotel are new, making for a very pleasant stay. Plus, there are many beautiful attractions within a one or two-kilometer walk. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, and they even provided baby utensils and bibs. Overall, our stay was wonderful."

"The room itself is so beautiful! It is really luxury and so close to the airport. I slept like a baby and everything was spotless clean! They also have a beamer to watch movies! And there's a free pick up included from the airport! It was a bit harder to arrange a pick up, as the receptionist doesn't speak English. But after writing to her, they arranged my pick up from the airport. They were super friendly!"

"I spend here one night. It has a really good location, free transport to the airport. The breakfast is variable and delicious, the rooms are clean. Good experience!"

"Smart toilets and automatic water dispensers are great. After going to the toilet, you can wash your ass automatically, and it is hygienic and comfortable. Self-service water dispensers have various functions and drinking water is very convenient. 5 minutes walk from the subway entrance, there are Sanjiang supermarkets and restaurants nearby, it is very convenient to buy fruit yogurt and breakfast. Suitable for traveling alone, or for business trips below 150 yuan. In short, mini is fast."

"I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again."

"The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly fine for a family of three. The environment is quite good, and it's kept very tidy. Housekeeping was also very prompt when we were out during the day. During Chinese New Year, there was a lucky draw for small gifts, and the lobby offered free freshly ground coffee, juice, biscuits, and popcorn that had just been popped, which were all delicious. The sofa bed was a great bonus! All the bedding was comfortable to sleep on. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and excellent. They really worked hard during the holiday season. The only downside was that the breakfast restaurant had too few seats. We had to wait for others to finish and then felt rushed as others watched us eat, which was a very unpleasant experience. They should have a contingency plan for high traffic."

"Extremely convenient and comfortable stay – highly recommended for independent travelers! Just checked out and I have to praise this hotel. First and foremost, the location is the biggest highlight. I'd read reviews saying it was close to the subway, but I didn't realize just how close! It's about an 8-minute walk to the hotel lobby, no exaggeration. For guests with luggage and those of us relying on the subway daily, the convenience is a perfect score. Getting taxis to the train station and airport ✈️ is even easier. Right across from the hotel lobby, there's a convenience store and a coffee shop, which is very handy. Secondly, the cleanliness was incredibly comforting. As soon as I entered the room, there were no strange odors. The floor, desk, and sink were all very clean. The room had large, spotless floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sheets and duvet covers felt freshly changed – dry and crisp, enhancing the clean and tidy feel and even improving my sleep quality. For someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak, this was extremely important. The security guard at the entrance was super handsome and amazing! 👍"
