It truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark luxury hotel in Ningbo."

"Every time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings."

"This is a fantastic hotel, a well-established five-star in Ningbo. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, with lots of local Ningbo specialties, like `hui tuan` (I'm guessing this is a specific local dish, perhaps a dumpling or pastry, which might not have a direct English equivalent, so I'll leave it as is or try to describe it if more context was given). The staff are super friendly and always greet you. A special shout-out to the server in the buffet restaurant who was exceptionally kind to the children. The swimming pools are also very clean; there are two, a smaller one with warmer water and a larger one that's still a comfortable 29 degrees Celsius. However, for breakfast, some dishes were only labeled 'Chef's Recommendation' without their specific names. What exactly were those dishes?"

"Booking this hotel was the best decision we made for our family trip. From the welcome tea upon arrival to the warm assistance from staff member Liu Chen, who patiently helped us arrange a room upgrade and provided extra blankets, every detail was thoughtful. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that both the elderly and children slept exceptionally well. The hotel breakfast was also very substantial, and everyone was very satisfied!"

She professionally answered my questions and thoughtfully helped arrange my room. The room was clean and tidy, and the size was just right – not too big, not too small. It also had a bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak. It was a very satisfying stay. The concierge service was also excellent, actively and proactively helping with luggage. One stay is enough to captivate you; it's truly the pinnacle of luxury living in Ningbo! The hotel's architecture, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Arata Isozaki, draws inspiration from ancient books and scrolls, creating a visually striking design imbued with Eastern aesthetics. The interior spaces, a collaboration between CCD and the Central Academy of Fine Arts, deeply integrate Tianyi Pavilion cultural elements. Traditional latticework, scroll patterns, and Ming Dynasty aesthetics permeate the entire space, creating a rich artistic atmosphere! The room features a private hot tub, spacious and bright. Soaking away the day's fatigue and then enjoying a favorite drink from the minibar is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's executive corridor also offers a continuous supply of food and drinks. Breakfast includes DIY coffee, afternoon tea features freshly squeezed orange juice, and evenings feature four flavors of sake. The snacks are also exquisite, including cheese, burrita cheese, Iberian ham, smoked salmon salad, tapas, and even marinated crab for late-night snacks! It's a constant stream of surprises! The caviar bar's cocktails were also delicious. The bayberry wine, a triple win, had just the right alcohol content, sweet and sour, leaving you slightly tipsy. Breakfast the next day was at Chen Mansion on the second floor of the hotel. It was a semi-buffet style, with a subtly luxurious Shanghai-style decor perfect for photos. The dim sum was all Ningbo specialties; the pickled mustard greens and yellow croaker noodles were incredibly fresh, the freshly ground soy milk had a rich soy flavor, and there were also abalone pastries, white truffle yogurt, and other specialties! The hotel's singing bowl and incense-making activities are also worth experiencing. They allow you to calm your mind and immerse yourself in a therapeutic experience."

"Not great value for money. For a room costing over 700, look at the fruit they provided – it was all shriveled! It was also quite amusing that they provided a coffee machine but no capsules! The breakfast was very basic too, not much selection. The EV charging stations are only on the B3 parking level, and to top it off, there are no lights down there. It's pitch black, and honestly, if you were alone, it would be pretty creepy! To be frank, I wasn't very satisfied overall."

"Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!"
