Ξενοδοχεία με Airport Shuttle σε Ξιανγκτάν

"Celebrated my elder's birthday in the hotel's Golden Hall. The staff helped decorate and even brought longevity noodles, which was incredibly touching. My elder and family were delighted. The hotel garden is beautifully maintained, like a mini-park – perfect for a stroll, a cup of tea, or a chat. Absolutely delightful."

"This is one of the best places I have ever stayed from the sound quality and awesome video features in the room, to the friendly staff and awesome location overtop a huge awesome underground mall. I can't stress enough how amazing this place truly is 10 out of 10. I got off the train in Xiangtan not knowing what to expect and because of this amazing hotel I am so happy I did."

"Honestly, with such amazing service, any minor issues with the hotel environment simply don't matter! From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm and gentle smile. Even though the lobby was small, good service trumps everything else! After checking in, I added her on WeChat, and she even recommended some great local restaurants. I was also able to reserve a charging spot for my car in advance, which was super convenient. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay! However, the hotel facilities could use some improvement. For example, the laundry room could be larger with more washing machines and dryers. Two washers and one dryer definitely aren't enough during peak season! Our clothes were taken out of the dryer twice the night we washed them and still weren't dry. Compared to the hotel we booked in Shaoshan the night before, the service here was night and day – absolutely superior!"

"An unexpectedly perfect stay, highly recommended! My experience at Xana Hotelle was truly a series of pleasant surprises, earning it a full five-star rating! First off, the hotel's location is absolutely superb. Situated in the heart of the city center, it's incredibly convenient whether you're heading to the bustling commercial district or taking the subway to various parts of the city. The subway station and main shopping areas are just a few minutes' walk away, saving both time and effort for business travelers and tourists alike. The surrounding environment is beautiful and peaceful despite being in a lively area, so you don't have to worry about noise at night, ensuring a high-quality sleep. Secondly, the service was exemplary. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt truly cared for. The front desk staff were not only professional and efficient, processing my check-in quickly, but also genuinely friendly, making me feel very welcome. What moved me even more was when they learned I was staying to celebrate a small anniversary; they proactively upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully prepared exquisite welcome desserts and a handwritten card in the room. This kind of above-and-beyond attention to detail instantly made me feel a connection with the hotel, filling the entire trip with warmth. Furthermore, the comfort of the guest room was impeccable. The room was even more spacious and bright than I had imagined, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city night views, which was truly breathtaking. The bedding was top-notch; lying on it was soft yet supportive, instantly melting away all the fatigue from travel, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The hygiene was also flawless. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation design, with new facilities, strong water pressure, and quick-heating hot water, making every shower a delight. Finally, the hotel's amenities also reflected its high quality. The gym was well-equipped, meeting my daily workout needs, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious Chinese and Western pastries, energizing me for the day. The room also came with a complimentary mini-bar and high-speed Wi-Fi, showing the hotel's generosity and thoughtfulness at every turn. In summary, from the facilities to the service, Xana Hotelle delivered excellence, offering incredible value for money. I have unhesitatingly saved it to my favorites, and it will undoubtedly be my top choice next time I visit this city! Highly recommended to all travelers seeking quality and comfort!"

"The service is warm and thoughtful, and the procedures are efficient and fast. The indoor ventilation is good, the air is fresh and odorless, the use of various facilities is smooth, the surrounding traffic is in all directions, and the comprehensive price/performance ratio is far more than other homes at the same price. The main focus is clean and comfortable, and the price is really not randomly increased. The room is well ventilated and lighted, the room is dry and not humid, the daily necessities are fully equipped, the daily cleaning is in place, and the price of short trips is very high."

"The decoration style of the hotel is very different, the sanitation is very clean, the daily toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is sufficient. The location is easy to find and travel is convenient. The reception service at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and there was a problem to communicate and reply in time. The overall cost-effective and praiseworthy."
