The climbing ropes are frayed and about to break, posing a safety hazard. Several planks on the wooden bridge have come loose from their chains, indicating this area is clearly neglected. Advantages: 1. The breakfast is very good, with special seasonal offerings, such as cold noodles, cold rice noodles, mung bean soup, and generous portions of boiled shrimp. This shows the management's dedication to maintaining a good hotel. However, the service standards and standardized training of the staff need improvement. 2. The complimentary drinking water in the room is plentiful, eliminating the need to constantly ask the front desk. The small backpack provided in the room is very practical, convenient for storing damp clothes after swimming. 3. The room amenities are from Cha Ling, a niche cosmetics brand under LV. Because I love their perfumes, I have a good impression of the hotel's amenities. Overall, the stay was quite good, but attention to detail needs improvement."

Luna was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively added me on WeChat as a concierge, so I could contact her directly with any questions. Even late at night, she'd see my messages and reply promptly. The hotel's breakfast was exceptionally generous. The handmade roujiamo (meat burger) was freshly prepared, and with one bite of the pan-fried buns, they burst with savory soup – absolutely delicious. We stayed in a lake-view room, and opening the balcony door revealed a stunning view, making us feel like we were in a natural oxygen bar. The cherry blossom trail was also breathtakingly beautiful, making us want to linger. We also got the 5 travel photos included in our package, and I even did the Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade) exercise twice at 9 AM. Of course, we didn't miss out on the hotel pool either. All in all, it was a truly worthwhile trip."

"We had an excellent stay. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They helped us with every issue or request we had. Regarding the room. We took the one with the bathtub on the top floor and it did not disappoint. The room is in an excellent state and there are many small features which make it even better. And finally the bathtub is just amazing😍 Location wise it's super close to 云上草原. You can either walk for about 25 min or take a car for 5 minutes. We can definitely recommend the room. It has just been fantastic and super relaxing! "
