The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys."

"The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains. Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map. The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region."

"This time we drove to Daocheng and stayed at the Boland Cloud Hotel for two consecutive nights. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it! We arrived late at night, and I was worried about a troublesome check-in. To my surprise, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout. They proactively guided us to parking and handled the check-in process efficiently and patiently. The fatigue from our long journey instantly melted away. The hotel's facilities are top-notch for Daocheng. The oxygen supply system is especially friendly for guests worried about altitude sickness. The bedding in the room was soft and clean, and they even thoughtfully provided disposable bath and face towels, meaning we didn't need to bring our own toiletries, which lightened our load significantly. The entire hotel environment was quiet, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of travel. In addition, a buffet breakfast, laundry room, and robot service were all available. The location is very close to Shangri-La Town, making it extremely convenient for getting around and sightseeing. As a newly opened hotel in 2025, the facilities are brand new and spotless, the service is meticulous and attentive, and the value for money is outstanding. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Daocheng Yading. I will choose Boland Cloud Hotel again on my next visit!"

"The hotel is in a great location and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk staff was gentle and the check-in efficiency was very high. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation was online, and the rest was very stable at night. The hot water supply is stable, the supporting supplies are complete, the service is intimate and meticulous, the overall price is full, the stay experience is particularly comfortable, and it is worth buying back."

"Personally, I think this is a hotel with excellent value for money. It's equipped with a water dispenser (so you don't have to boil water yourself), complimentary tea, Sprite and Coke, and free oxygen cylinders. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's location is very close to the scenic area; it's convenient whether you're driving or taking a taxi. If the owner has time, they can even give you a free ride to Daocheng Yading Scenic Area. All toiletries in the hotel are disposable, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, slippers, etc., which is very clean and hygienic. I'm not a shill; I was simply touched by the owner's enthusiasm. I hope the owner stays true to their original intentions and that their business prospers!"

"This is an excellent hotel, easily one of the best in Daocheng. The facilities are new and comprehensive, and everything is spotlessly clean. Parking is convenient. I found all the staff to be enthusiastic and energetic. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, walks, and dining nearby. Most importantly, the price is fair and reasonable. Absolutely fantastic!"

"Best stay in Western Sichuan, located within the daocheng yading park (second stop, 2 mins walk from the bus stop). Very clean comfortable rooms with extremely hot showers, amenities included. Excellent view (highly recommend getting the snow mountain view room). Staff and owners are really kind and helpful. They’ll explain which routes to go if you are hiking up. They do provide electric blankets, didn’t use the electric heater but it is available for colder months. They have their own restaurant which is very convenient and food was delicious! Simple Chinese breakfast included would have liked to have been able to take some food away to eat along the way as wanted to start the hike earlier could consider asking the staff is this would be possible. Do keep in mind the shuttle bus going up to the scenic site can be quite full so do plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back."
