However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?"

"To be honest, Luoyang International completely exceeded my expectations. It truly deserves its five-star rating, from the service to the hardware facilities. I'm so glad I decided to upgrade to an executive room upon arrival; the experience was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member at the lounge was incredibly kind! I honestly found the lounge food to be delicious! Happy hour consists of a self-serve buffet and à la carte main courses. That hot and sour Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles, in particular, was amazing!!! So, so good! I ate it two days in a row. However, I did find the afternoon tea mini cakes to be a bit average and not quite to my taste. Cocktail hour in the evening was also a big hit. The bartender, Ethan, was exceptionally friendly and kind! His name is Ethan, and he's really a wonderful person! The cocktails he made were perfectly to my liking. He even mentioned he taught himself how to make Mojitos, haha! And he kept saying he wasn't confident in his bartending skills! But I thought they were delicious! Truly, really delicious!!! No exaggeration, seriously. Every single staff member in the lounge was absolutely wonderful! I've had such a fantastic time these past few days! If I had to mention any downsides: Firstly, the fried food issue. The fried items at breakfast were soggy. I tried the hash browns again on the second day, and I wondered why they seemed so crispy – turns out they were completely dried out! And the whole batch in that warmer was dry. I think the hotel's heat lamps could use some adjustment; it felt like there was no heat under them whenever I went to get food, which might affect how fried items are kept. This was also an issue with the fried items in the lounge – very soggy. Secondly, the hotel doormen. I feel like this was a bit hit-or-miss. On our first day, when we arrived, there was a doorman at the entrance, and we were the only car there, but he was on his phone. He was a young man with glasses. I'm not sure if he was dealing with work or something else. We had to call out to him when we couldn't manage our luggage anymore before he came to help us. The second night we returned to the hotel, there was no one to greet the car or assist. However, on our checkout day and the young man who helped us change rooms were both exceptionally good! He seemed to be an intern and was incredibly proactive and diligent in everything he did! Many thanks to this young man! I regret not catching his name. The cleaning lady was also excellent. Thank you to every staff member at the hotel! I will definitely choose this hotel again! The service truly impressed me! Especially every staff member in the lounge! A big shout-out to the lounge team! Thank you all! I had a wonderful time in the lounge these past few nights!"

"This trip to Luoyang was with my elderly relatives and children, and we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. As soon as we arrived, the security guard rushed to help with our luggage, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful in checking us in. The hotel is decorated in the traditional Chinese style, which I love. The receptionist even upgraded our room for free. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. We decided to extend our stay for the second night. Highly recommended!"

"I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay."

"The location is excellent, the hotel is not far from Yingtianmen, there are many night market snacks or restaurants around, and free parking is provided, which is very friendly to self-driving tours. The room was clean and smoke-free, the bedding was very comfortable, the wet and dry separation was done well, the hot water was out in seconds, and the water pressure was large. The key is that the service is intimate, and the check-out also gives a souvenir."

"Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar. Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large. Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink. Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels."

Luoyang in April is often promoted with the poetic phrase 'the spring breeze understands your heart.' As a visitor admiring the flowers, I truly felt that 'the blooming peonies are unforgettable.' Upon first seeing them, you are struck by their magnificent beauty and diverse forms; reds, yellows, whites, pinks, and purples compete in a vibrant display, captivating every visitor. As you draw closer, you're enveloped by their delicate, lingering fragrance, as if they're trying to leave a lasting impression. But when you observe them more deeply – especially when you notice some fading blossoms – you begin to perceive their soulfulness and a profound sense of devotion. Despite their fleeting season, they bloom with the fervent intensity of life, fully embracing their brief time, as if determined not to waste the sunlight, rain, and diligent care that nurtured them."
