"Not advised if you travel without a car, too far away from everything. The room was really good and clean. We were able to check in at 3 am. The hotel building is really beautiful"

"Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion. Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great."

"Very quiet hotel, nice pool, but spa and fitness are not 5star hotel quality"

"The room is clean and spacious, warmly decorated, and the bed is soft and comfortable. I had a good rest at night. The bathroom is clean, with complete toiletries, and the water pressure and hot water are stable. The view outside the window is also beautiful, which makes people feel happy."

"This was hotel was amazing in every way can’t say enough about it tbf?"

"The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings every evening, in “camping paradise” mode, - the bartender's cocktails: top and wide choice. Reasonable prices. - The size of the rooms, spacious and practical for a family. - Reception staff, friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionists spoke a little French which was a plus but the others, including Javier, were very friendly. - The swimming pool: certainly not heated but you get used to it quickly once you're in and it's big enough, I think... Shallow, 1.40m at the most, appreciated by families. Just one downside, uncivilized people leave their cigarette butts lying around in the planters, which is a shame. The negative points, yes there are even a few 🙄. - Few nature excursions around the hotel... - The decor is very neat and pretty in the entrance, the patios, the swimming pool area but is even a little ”old-fashioned” among other things in the rooms and the dining room. - The auditorium is nice with lots of photos of stars but the “warm, Iberian” colors make it “Vintage”. - The additional costs are not given (30€/night/room for the change of room that we requested and 10€/person for breakfast.) I don't know about the rest... - Another inconvenience: the nauseating odors at certain times of the day or in the evening... And unfortunately, the hotel can't do anything about it because I think it comes from the nearby golf course or from a something that looks like a sewage treatment plant. So, it doesn't last all day or night... or maybe my nose is used to it but it's still a shame for the hotel. And disturbing for residents. - Lack of socket next to the bed. Bedside lamp, 1 socket so it's not possible to charge your cell phone at night. - Planes pass by during the day but this is not disturbing at night because at max at 11 p.m., there is no more traffic so at night, it remains relaxing even."

"The room was very new and very clean. Good health, good service, meticulous service, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife, wife,"

"The location is too far out for our liking but as we had rented a car, it was fine. We had also read reviews about the location so we expected it. For our rental car we were given a parking slot someone had just parked on so needed it changing. It did not seem like they were enforcing the parking. We were there in December so the weather was pleasant and not too hot to walk down to the Italian restaurant to have dinner. They are friendly at the Italian restaurant and their prices are good. They also went out of their way delivering food to door to our oldest child that had not come out for dinner with us. We did not go to the restaurant on site as the restaurant on site is independent and seemed very catered for the Brits. There is no breakfast available in the mornings on site so if like us, totally unprepared, the supermarket on site is ridiculously expensive and staff not very friendly. First morning we bought everything we needed, after we were prepared and only bought expensive baked goods. We did not try the pools, as the opening hours were extremely short. It would have been better if they'd been early morning till late evening. We heard there was a pool bar. There is a small playground for toddlers. Our house was a good size for a family of 5, allowed to stay 6. We would return because of our odd size family, the terrace and friendly receptionists."

"The breakfast was really delicious, the service was very gentlemanly and friendly, and the beach was really beautiful, perfect for surfing and morning jogging. It was a pity that I didn't stay longer. And there were quite a lot of toiletries and snacks, this place is awesome!!!"
