"This newly built upscale hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of the MRT station and directly opposite the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers attending exhibitions. The rooms are simply modern and spacious, with some suites featuring laundry facilities, making them ideal for longer stays. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning panoramic city views, and the high-altitude gym provides fantastic vistas, perfect for impressive photos. The front desk service is attentive and meticulous, and there's a comprehensive free parking facility. The only minor drawback is the somewhat basic breakfast selection and the scarcity of small shops nearby. Overall, it's a great fit for business trips, conferences, and short vacations, offering good value for money. Highly recommended for business travelers."

"★★★★★ Had a really pleasant stay at The Twin Towers Hotel! 😊 My girlfriend and I stayed here as part of our road trip from Bangkok to Khao Kho to celebrate her birthday. Before our stay, I contacted the hotel to ask if they could help with a small birthday surprise, and the team kindly prepared a birthday cake for her. 🎂❤️ It was a very thoughtful gesture and genuinely made her happy. I really appreciate the staff taking the time and effort to make our stay feel a little more special. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt very welcomed. Thank you to the Twin Towers Hotel team for the lovely hospitality and for being part of a memorable birthday trip for us. We truly appreciate it and would happily stay again! 🙏🏼🥰"

"We loved the food, the pool and the room sizes. There is a spa and there’s a gym and there is a play room for children too. Our second stay and we extended it. We are definitely coming back. A small feedback- there is a foreign exchange machine in the lobby that doesn’t always work and the dollars get trapped in. The staff helped out but maybe we can all be careful there. All in all, happy faces and great spaces at affordable prices and great connections to the city centres. Definitely recommended."

"The location of this hotel is simply fantastic and super convenient! Right next to the Ratchadamri BTS station—just a few steps away—getting around was completely hassle-free. There's also a Big C nearby, so whenever I wanted to buy souvenirs, snacks, or daily necessities, I could just head right down without going out of my way, and there are plenty of coffee shops all around. There was a pleasant surprise at check-in: the hotel upgraded my room to a suite for free! It was much more spacious, impeccably clean and tidy, and very comfortable to stay in. The housekeeping staff even folded towels into cute little animals and left them in the room every day. Such a thoughtful touch that always put a smile on my face. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The surrounding amenities are complete with convenience stores and restaurants, and getting to the Erawan Shrine and major shopping malls via the BTS Skytrain is super quick. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay. It's ideal for both sightseeing and shopping for souvenirs, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!"

"We requested a change of room since the aircon in our room did not work well, and the staff, without any hesitation, helped us with the change - which we really appreciate, it's a much better room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the staffs are friendly and we enjoyed the good service they provided. Their 24hr restaurant also serves really good Thai food, very convenient since there were no Thai restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again."

"## Accommodation Experience Review | A Quality Stay You'll Love After Just One Night My stay this time truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the hotel's attention to detail. The overall decor is minimalist and modern, complemented by warm lighting and a pleasant fragrance, instantly making me feel relaxed and as if all the fatigue from my journey had vanished. The room was more spacious than I imagined, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bed had just the right firmness, and the pillows offered excellent support; I fell asleep almost instantly. The room was well-equipped, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and an LCD TV, along with thoughtful touches like tea bags, coffee, and bottled water, allowing guests to enjoy leisure time whenever they wished. The most delightful surprise was the view outside the window, which offered different charms both day and night, making me linger for a few extra minutes to admire it. The bathroom was equally satisfying. The dry and wet separation design made it more convenient to use, and the hot water supply was stable with ample pressure, making it incredibly comfortable to wash away the day's tiredness. The quality of the amenities was also good, exuding a subtle fragrance that enhanced the overall quality of the stay. Beyond the excellent facilities, the service quality deserves even greater praise. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making the check-in and check-out processes fast and smooth. They were patient and helpful whenever I had questions or issues. From arrival to departure, I felt like a valued guest, which significantly enhanced the entire trip. The location is another major advantage of this accommodation. It's close to popular attractions, business districts, and transportation hubs, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and business trips. There's a rich selection of nearby restaurants, local eateries, and convenience stores, so finding suitable dining options is easy, even if you need a quick bite. Breakfast is an undeniable highlight. The variety of dishes is diverse, ranging from Chinese congee and Western pastries to fresh fruits and beverages – everything you could wish for. The ingredients were fresh, and items were replenished quickly. Enjoying breakfast slowly in the comfortable dining environment set a beautiful tone for the day's itinerary. Overall, this is an accommodation option that combines comfort, convenience, and high-quality service. Whether for family trips, couples' getaways, friend gatherings, or business needs, you're guaranteed an excellent stay. Besides enjoying the scenery, choosing good accommodation is equally important, and this experience certainly left a deep impression. If you're planning a trip soon, I wholeheartedly recommend adding this accommodation to your must-stay list. It's not just a place to rest; it's a place where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy life. Upon leaving, I already started looking forward to my next stay, and I believe that once you experience it yourself, you'll love it just as much as I do. ⭐Accommodation Rating: - Room Comfort: ★★★★★ - Cleanliness Quality: ★★★★★ - Service Attitude: ★★★★★ - Location: ★★★★★ - Value for Money: ★★★★★ Overall Review: A high-quality stay worth revisiting, recommended for all travelers seeking an ideal accommodation. 🏨✨"

"The pros are that the price is affordable, and both the room and bathroom are spacious. There's a 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk away, and the subway and bus stations are within a 10-minute walk. On the downside, the rooms are quite dated; the front desk couldn't find my reservation during check-in, making me wait for over ten minutes. The decor feels like something straight out of the 1980s or 90s, and the bathroom has a musty smell. To get to the hotel from the main road, you have to walk through an alley where sketchy people hang out, especially at night—people getting high 🍃 make it smell terrible, so solo travelers, especially women, need to be careful."

"This place felt warm and inviting from the moment I stepped in. The room was incredibly clean, well-organized, and had a lovely, subtle scent that helped me sleep soundly all night. The bed was just the right softness, no back pain at all. All the amenities were excellent, including the AC, TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were charming, polite, and paid close attention to detail. The location is also convenient, close to food options and easy to get around. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, truly perfect for a relaxing stay. It's great value for money, and I would definitely love to stay here again. I'm very impressed!"

"The room was bigger than expected, with a kitchen, kitchenware, and a washing machine. There was plenty of storage space, suggesting it's designed for longer stays. The master bedroom had a very large window with a great view. The hotel entrance has a driveway, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient. The breakfast didn't change much and became a bit repetitive after several days. We left tips and notes every day and always received different animal-shaped towel art. Even though I booked through an OTA, I showed my Wyndham Diamond membership at check-in. The front desk said I would receive a welcome amenity during housekeeping the next day, but I never saw it by check-out and couldn't be bothered to ask again."
