"Traveling to Changsha, I was so glad I booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse on Trip.com. Its prime riverside location on a high floor offers absolutely stunning views; during the day, you see the sparkling river, and at night, the city lights across the bank. I'm a light sleeper, and before coming, I was worried about poor soundproofing in guesthouses, but my stay was completely free of noise disturbance. A special thank you to the lovely manager, Ms. Hu, for her warm and thoughtful service. She not only prepared alternative room options for me beforehand but also meticulously wrote down a list of restaurants popular with locals in the city and recommended souvenirs to take home. What really stood out was how Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng from Siman (the guesthouse name) were at the front desk practically day and night, showing immense dedication and friendliness. They even proactively helped with laundry and drying, and folded it neatly before returning it. With beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a great price, our short three-day stay at Siman added wonderful memories to our Changsha trip. Thank you to both Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng!"

"This guesthouse is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Wuyi Square, just a short walk to the subway station and all those popular snack streets. You can grab famous Changsha delicacies like 'Cha Yan Yue Se' bubble tea and stinky tofu just a few steps away. When you're tired from exploring, you can pop back to rest anytime – it's absolutely fantastic! Our whole stay was delightful. First, they have a 24-hour concierge to pick you up. Plus, they'll recommend local dining and entertainment guides for Changsha and the surrounding areas. The hotel facilities are also top-notch; the hairdryer is a Dyson! "The hotel is newly renovated and located on a middle floor, so it's very quiet. The air conditioning is also quiet, powerful, and comfortable. I stayed for three nights, and every morning when I left, an auntie would clean the room and replace the toiletries. The only drawback is that this entire building consists of hotel apartments, so waiting for the elevator on higher floors can take some time. Also, the bathroom is a bit small, and the wet and dry areas aren't completely separated."

"SEE PICTURES BELOW TO FIND THE HOTEL! When I arrived it was dark and heavy rain. I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault! The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money."

"Great location, close to the historic district with convenient public transportation. Lots of food options downstairs. Facilities: The bed was just right, not too soft or too hard, so I slept comfortably. There's a small bathtub, good air conditioning, a TV, and even a partial river view. "The hotel's ambiance is truly exceptional, likely because it's newly opened. Plus, there's an air purifier in the room, so you don't smell any weird odors. All the room's features can be voice-controlled, so no more hunting for remote controls. The bed? Hands down the most comfortable I've ever slept in. And the curtains are practically blackout, making for a fantastic sleep experience. The computer here is seriously next-level too. My gaming experience was off the charts! I've played on similar setups at internet cafes, even with a 98x CPU, and the gaming experience there just isn't the same. This computer didn't lag at all, not even once during the two days I played. All in all, this hotel offered an amazing stay and gaming experience. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Changsha."

"My stay here was excellent! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The lady in the black uniform who checked me in at 4 PM on the 21st was incredibly thoughtful; she processed my check-in quickly and patiently answered all my questions. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It offers amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!"

Compared to the flourishing and busy in the City Center, this hotel has more quiet vibe. The straight-line distance to Xiangjiang River is only 500 meters, and people could overlook Orange Isle, farseek Yuelu Mountain. This hotel belongs to Wuyi square business circle, is close Chaozong street. It is just 10-minutes drive to Hunan Museum, Huang Xing Road Pedestrian Street and Kaifu Temple. Vistors can take subway to Huanghua International Airport, Changshanan Railway Station and Changsha Railway Station, you can enjoy traveling, shopping and tasty food near here convieniently. Our Hotel follows "customers- centered, guests-respected" butler service, whenever you arrive, there must be at least a receptionist, providing route-guide, luggage storage and carrying, customized journey and etc. For the sake of customers, each room equips washing and drying machine and Hd projector. Our reception also prepares fridge and microwave-oven for a rainy day. Hopeing you could enjoy bustling city and also experience leisure time at the meantime.
"First off, let's talk about the cleanliness. Overall, it was good, quite clean, and you could also schedule daily housekeeping services. Next, the environment. We stayed on the 39th floor, and the view was amazing; you could see the entire river. Then there's the service. The front desk staff were very gentle and easy to communicate with; they'd also respond to messages. The hotel facilities were also quite comprehensive, having everything you'd expect. Lastly, the location was excellent, very close to the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient! Friends traveling here should definitely consider it. As for the downsides, first, the projector in the hotel didn't work well; I couldn't cast my phone screen at all (only simple pictures and music). Also, the air conditioning wasn't very warm! Overall, it's a good place, just remember that the front desk is on the 30th floor~"

GGuest UserStaff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

宁宁蔚The girl with the glasses who runs the front desk should rule the world. She works very hard, is very kind, and very attentive. This is our second stay at this hotel and both times she even did our laundry for us. Please give her a raise! We were amazed we could get this done for free and the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and convenient. The location is fantastic, the price is cheap for how nice the place is, and as I mentioned, the service is incredible. I would definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserAllowed us to store our luggage while we went for a 2-days short trip without additional charges. They were also very keen on helping us with our needs, like changing rooms to the ground floor because we didn’t want to be on the top floor. However, we noticed that the soundproofing at the ground floor was not absolute, you could hear the noise from the alley outside, but overall it was still a comfortable stay.

NNam KwongThe apartment come with 2 rooms, living hall, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants. The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

It's located right in Wuyi Square, with a subway station literally downstairs, so transportation is super easy. Being close to all the attractions means no wasted time commuting. The room was clean and odor-free, the overall environment was comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – perfectly sufficient for daily living, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, with a great attitude and efficient handling of requests. The self-checkout feature was quick and convenient, and the free luggage storage really enhanced the stay, allowing me to explore without any burden. The soundproofing isn't amazing; you can hear some noise, but it didn't disturb my rest at all, which is pretty normal for hotels. Overall, there were no hidden charges or issues with the environment; it was clean, convenient, and the service was good. The location is great, and the price is fair, offering excellent value for money. My stay was solid and comfortable. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

GGuest UserThe hotel is inside an apartment building, actually there are many different hotels in the same building. This hotel’s reception is inside a convenience store. The unit looks clean and the staff is very friendly. But be aware the loft is making the bathroom ceiling pretty low. Anyone taller than 6ft would have hard time to get in/out. Overall it’s decent for the price.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

JJuvieJEntrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.
