"Visually, the entire place was incredibly clean. The air conditioning provided even airflow without being drying. The parking lot was clearly marked and free to use. The shuttle vehicles were in good condition and always on time for pick-ups and drop-offs. Even with multiple accounts logged in simultaneously, gaming was still smooth. The service was patient, and the navigation accurately pinpointed the location."

"Great location. Close to lots of restaurants, malls and coffee shops. Also close to Line 4 subway stop and very close to Swan Lake. The room is spacious but cleanliness was not great. Water damaged floors and room still had a very distinct smell of cigarette smoke."

SinanCaglayanThere is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new!
The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is stable. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is in place. The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

Guest UserI booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in.
Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms.
Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation.
Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were quick, and their attitude was exceptionally friendly. The location is superb, making it convenient for getting around and dining, with plenty of amenities nearby. Toiletries were well-stocked, hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay!

Guest UserA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

The room is clean and spacious, and has a hairdryer. The location is very close to the main shopping street and not too far from the metro station (13 min walking). The receptionist is very friendly and kind, when I return to Hefei, I will book here again.
