"I stayed at the hotel while participating in the marathon. The hotel is newly renovated and equipped with smart home systems throughout. However, the following details need improvement: 1. Most door locks don't close properly, causing multiple rooms on one floor to have their door lock alarms beeping. There were no deadbolts or latches on the inside of the doors. 2. The hot water in the bathroom was very weak, barely warm. It only took one day after I complained two days ago. 3. The smart toilet isn't actually smart; it sprays water as soon as I sit down, splashing me. Water also flies out when flushing. 4. There were too many snacks and miscellaneous items on the desk; they should be placed somewhere else. 5. I asked the front desk if they provided breakfast at 5:30 am for the marathon, and they said the kitchen wasn't open that early. But when I came down at 6 am, I found breakfast was provided without notifying us guests! We missed out! 6. When I asked to borrow a power extension cord, the front desk coldly said they didn't have any! Overall, the hotel's service needs improvement in the details."
