The big bed room booked has no windows, but there is an air purifier in the room. The hotel sent two breakfasts. Breakfast is mainly Chinese food. There are porridge and soy milk and boiled eggs. I chose this guesthouse based on reviews on Ctrip, and it turned out to be quite good. The room was clean and tidy, the sheets and blankets were spotless, and the cleaning was thorough, making for a comfortable stay. All the facilities were complete. The owner was very welcoming and carefully pointed out various things to note when visiting nearby attractions. He also told me where to find reasonably priced local food. Finally, what really enhanced my impression was that you could rent the owner's electric scooter for 10 yuan. It was incredibly convenient for sightseeing, and the scooter was clearly a very good one (I highly recommend renting an electric scooter if you're going to Nanwan Lake; I've included photos of Nanwan Lake below). In conclusion, I highly recommend it; it's great value for money.
