"I was worried it might be cold since it is the changing of the seasons, but the heating was excellent. In particular, heating at other accommodations usually consists of fan heaters or radiators, which makes the interior very dry, but since this place uses underfloor heating, it was much better. The facilities were also clean, and it was nice that breakfast was provided, even if it was modest."

"This was my first time staying at this accommodation during a business trip to Iksan. It was quiet, clean, had plenty of places to eat nearby, and easy to park, so I had a very convenient stay. I will definitely stay here again next time."

"I stayed here on a business trip and was satisfied with the facilities and service. The facilities seemed better than other accommodations nearby. The people at the information desk were friendly and the parking lot was spacious, which was nice."

"The accommodation I booked was very convenient. The parking was also very convenient, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Already did a review for this before, and the place was so nice and the location was pretty nice for what amenities were around. Certainly no regrets"

"First of all, it's good because it's close to E-Mart. It is a disadvantage that there is no nearby cafe, but it still gives coffee and bottled water for free. It's good"

"If you're planning a trip to the beautiful city of Iksan, I highly recommend this accommodation. Iksan itself is a quiet and charming city, which left a great impression on me throughout my travels, and the satisfying stay here made the trip even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I could easily shake off the day's fatigue. Breakfast was also provided in the morning, which was a nice touch, and overall, I felt that the facilities were well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. From the location and facilities to the service, everything about this accommodation was satisfying. If I ever visit Iksan again, I'd love to stay here, and I confidently recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Iksan."

"I was satisfied with the pleasant facilities and breakfast. You can also watch movies with Netflix."

"Clean and spacious ~~~ I will use it again next time ~"

"There is a rating that it is bad to see the blog. The pillow cover is yellow and not very clean. Still, the information on the first floor is friendly and tidy for the price. The building opposite the window is a puddle away, so there is no one looking outside, but it's bad because there's a person who drinks and talks loudly in the hallway. There are restaurants around, so you can solve meals. "
