"Me and my mom stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect as it’s in the middle of the Myeongdong happening streets. It’s also very near to Airport Shuttle Bus stop. There was luggage storage available for us during our arrival in the morning."

"The location is fantastic! It's just a two or three-minute walk from Seoul Station, Line 4, Exit 12, up a small slope. The room size was perfect for one person, with enough space to open my suitcase and store my shopping bags. It came with a fridge, toothbrush and toothpaste, bathroom slippers, and a multi-head charging adapter, so I didn't even need to bring my own. As for cleanliness, perhaps because it was a ground-floor room, there was a harmless spider in my bathroom, which I didn't mind. However, there were large mosquitoes in the room; I killed one, but another appeared, and I got a bite overnight. There were no mosquito repellents provided. My friend in the adjacent room also found a strange, large bug. They tried to swat it but it crawled under the bed, and they eventually had to call the front desk to deal with it. Check-in was at 3 PM, and only luggage storage was available before then."

"We stayed 6 nights here. Even though the hotel is older, but very clean and no smell no bugs in the toilet. 10 minutes walk to metro but 1 minute to bus stop with buses to almost everywhere, personally I do enjoy bus rides more so that is a plus. Free water, daily cleaning and basic amenities are really nice. + affordability! 100% recommend❤️"

"The location is very convenient, I love staying in Hannam because there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was spacious but I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest, my sister would get itchy every night, although I didn’t experience it. Amenities are also okay, you one of our plugs are broken so we solely relied on an adopter to charge all of our devices. But the room is fresh and cleaned everyday which is something I appreciate after coming back from a long day!"

Standard amenities include smart bathroom fixtures, separate wet and dry areas, branded toiletries, complimentary bottled water, and even an espresso machine – every detail is thoughtfully provided. 🛏️ Comfortable Bedding, Excellent Soundproofing The mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – I fell asleep instantly. The duvet is soft and breathable. The soundproofing is exceptional; with the windows closed, you can't hear any street noise. It's wonderfully quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Gangnam, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The air conditioning/heating control is precise, making it comfortable to stay in any season. Plus, there are plenty of USB ports, so no need for adapters – super handy. 💁 Attentive Service, Multilingual Support The 24-hour front desk staff are warm, efficient, and can communicate effortlessly in Chinese, English, and Korean. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. Housekeeping is meticulous daily, replenishing supplies promptly. They can also help arrange taxis and book attractions, which is a great stress-reliever. There's a free gym (with new equipment) and a public lounge, suitable for both business travelers and leisure guests. 🍳 Delicious Breakfast, Korean & Western Options Galore The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including Korean kimchi, bibimbap, and porridge, as well as Western bread, coffee, and fruit. "I booked a deluxe king room, which, according to the room type description, should have been on floors 8-19. However, when I checked in, the front desk assigned me a room on the 6th floor. Upon entering, I found the room to be quite ordinary. The bathtub and shower facilities were also poorly designed; even with a shower curtain, water would spray out, leaving a puddle on the floor. I later checked my booking and realized they had given me the wrong room type! That evening, I went to the front desk to discuss it. Initially, they insisted that room 601 was a large room and there was no difference, even claiming other rooms would be smaller... It was only after I insisted that they agreed to move me to a higher floor, 1301, the next day. As expected, the higher-floor room was noticeably newer. What a waste of money for the first night's room difference!"

"Honestly, a very good hotel! It’s located a brisk 10mins walk from dongdaemun station and jongno-5-ga. No steep hills or stairs to climb (except for the metro stations). There is also an Olive Young down the street and a few restaurants. If you are not used to the sounds of the city it’s best to bring some earplugs as the main street going past the hotel can be a little noisy. The hotel itself is great! Friendly staff, clean rooms and well decorated. The views are the best and if you get a corner room can even see the sunrise over the hills! 10/10 would recommend this hotel!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit 4 of Jongno 3-ga subway station. Jongno 3-ga station is a transfer station for three subway lines, making its location excellent; we used the subway for all five days we stayed there. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and despite the language barrier, the service was impeccable. When we arrived, only rooms on the second floor were available, and the hotel warned me it might be noisy at night, so they gave us a room on the eighth floor. The first floor was quite lively at night, but our room was very quiet. Importantly, the hotel provides a complimentary simple breakfast every day, mainly Korean instant noodles and some small desserts, which was very thoughtful. The room was reasonably spacious, around 15-20 square meters, which is quite large for Korea. We had a triple room, and the space was ample. Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and the Hanok Village are all about 1 kilometer away, a 15-minute walk. Overall, a great hotel, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

To my surprise, we landed in Incheon at 9 PM, took the AREX from the airport to Unseo Station, and walked to the hotel, arriving just after 10 PM. The whole process was incredibly smooth and such a relief. Check-in experience: Warmth in the wee hours We arrived at 10 PM, expecting a complicated check-in. Instead, the owner helped us with the self-service machine, and we were checked in within a minute – so efficient and stress-free. As a parent checking in late with a child, this no-fuss efficiency was a huge bonus. Room amenities: Unexpected cleanliness and facilities We stayed in a top-floor room, and opening the door was a pleasant surprise – it felt less like a regular hotel room and more like a chic little apartment. The room was spotlessly clean and even came with a small kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. When traveling with kids, the joy of being able to wash and dry clothes anytime is something only those who've experienced it can truly appreciate. Value for money: Just over ¥200, hard to find even in smaller Chinese cities You might not believe it, but with all these amenities, it was only just over 200 RMB per night. Honestly, you'd be hard-pressed to find accommodation this clean and well-equipped for that price even in a third or fourth-tier city in China. In comparison, the value for money here is absolutely top-tier. Check-out and final thoughts Checking out was a breeze, done via the self-service machine around 8 AM. This hotel has become my go-to 'white moonlight' for Incheon transits. Next time I'm overnighting in Seoul with the kids, I'll definitely choose this place again. I wish the owner thriving business, so more late-night travelers can find a warm and comfortable place to stay!"

"We flew to Korea for a BTS concert and stayed in Seoul for a few days. These 4 days were comfortable. The room is clean and cozy. The building has a Starbucks, a restaurant, a convenience store, a currency exchange and an exit to the subway. This is the most convenient hotel for a tourist who arrived in South Korea for the first time. And also the hotel is located next to Namsan Tower and Myeongdong. Thank you so much to the hotel for the wonderful memories! I will definitely return to Korea and choose your hotel again! sorry we were very busy every day and I don’t have room photos🥲"
