"Conventient Location with free frequent shuttle bus arrangement is highly appreciated. Staff at font desk is very nice with thorough travelling information being provided. One more issue I would like to give high rating is the Breakfast. Overall comment: Good location, attractive pricing, nice staff, large room, comfortable bed."

"The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go to Disney by cable car and bus. The hotel has a swimming pool. You can relax after playing in Disney. We checked in at night. There are roasted marshmallows in the square."

"Pretty good for the price! It's pretty much what you would expect from a hotel of its caliber. The room was spacious and windows were large. Check in was smooth. Some aspects of the hotel, such as the elevator, looks a bit dated, but everything works well. Breakfast (0600-1000) was included which saves a lot of hassle in the morning. There's a variety of bagels, muffins, cereals, fruits, as well as yogurt and oatmeal. The hotel advertises shuttle busses to Universal Studios and Disney World, but please note that there's only 1 round trip per day to both those locations. I'm not sure about the schedule for Universal Studios but the bus to Disney World departs from the hotel 0710 every morning and departures Disney World at 2100 every day. That schedule didn't work for us so we ended up using Lyft during our stay. Honestly though, the cost of using Lyft was still more cost effective than staying on site at Disney World at a hotel that did not offer breakfast. Overall solid stay!"

It is within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center, which is very convenient during exhibitions. A nearby sports bar provides a good option for post-exhibition drinks and informal networking. Overall, a practical and well-located hotel for business trips."

"Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰"

"The price of about 600 is also good, the hotel is very lively, there are many bars, very close to the Ferris wheel, and close to the park. There is nothing special about it, nothing particularly unacceptable."

"Room was big and clean with the free shuttle it a big plus .there a bar in the lobby if you are bored at night as noting much to do in the surrounding if you don’t drive .overall a good experience"

"That is the best hotel I stayed in Orlando. It is very close to universal studios Epic park. Unfortunately they don’t have one close to Disney world. Otherwise I would book it all the way for the 9 days trip. Great location clean and mordern design. Especially front desk people are very professional. I’m from texas. I don’t know anything here. So the front desk gentleman he is friendly telling us where to the pool where is our room at and where is breakfast and what time etc. awesome ! Only one thing I wish the dinning area have some pasta that would be great. Oatmeal bowl is great Sweet potatoes fries great ….. some food are just ok. They have laundry room roughly $4.25. Very good. Water filter place is great. Swimming pool is great and clean. Guards are very responsible. I hope this hotel spread more business . I would go for this hotel any location ."
