Italy NY is a quiet rural village that has little traffic and is perfect for a stroll.Naples is right next door, (15 minutes) and the Finger Lakes Trail is just a mile up the road. Canandaigua Lake, Keuka Lake and Penn Yan are all just a 20 minute drive. Bristol Ski mountain is 25 minutes away. Note that Italy, NY is a peaceful village situated in a valley between large hills that block cell service.
