"Overall, this is a popular B&B, not quite hotel-quality. The breakfast was good. It's close to the metro station, Teatralna on Line 3, less than a ten-minute walk (don't get off at ”SU St. Kliment Ohridski,” as it's a waste of time). There's a good Italian restaurant across the street, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The only downside is that I booked a penthouse apartment, but was given a second-floor room, which wasn't just an upgrade, but a downgrade."

"The hotel is located very near to the pedestrian street Vitosha and the city center- they are in a walking distance. The room was comfy and spatious, the mini bar is all payed you have no complimentary cofee, tea or water. The parking is payed as well, the hotel charged us 17 euro for 1 day on a public parking even thou it was a holiday -and you do not pay for parking on holidays. The breakfast was basic and very dry, everything was like it was cooked the day before. All in all ok for a one night sleep over."

"Very positive experience! One of this hotel's biggest assets is its location, right in the city center, close to Vitosha Boulevard and all the main tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff are welcoming and professional. The breakfast offers a great variety and is high quality. The only downside is the lack of space in the breakfast room, which is located near the reception. In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to its central location, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel's location is great, and it's a traditional Russian-style hotel. However, I might have booked a subpar room. It was small, the mattress was hard, and there was no air conditioning, so I woke up feeling hot in the middle of the night. I had to sleep with the window open. Also, the breakfast was just average. Since I only stayed one night in Bulgaria, I can't compare it to other hotels, but I'd say this hotel is equivalent to a 2-3 star in China."
