The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. You can walk to the riverside pier to enjoy the night views, making it a great choice for a trip to Dandong."

"Looking at the description, it seems the hotel opened in 2017, and upon arrival, the decor did feel a bit dated. However, the hygiene and facilities were quite good. The front desk staff, especially the younger gentlemen and ladies, had an absolutely fantastic service attitude! They even gave gifts to kids. The location is excellent; turn left out of the hotel, and you're at the Yalu River in less than a hundred meters, with Sinuiju, North Korea, directly opposite. The Broken Bridge is within walking distance, and a taxi to Andong Old Street costs around ten yuan. There's a parking lot entrance to the left of the hotel entrance – the road leading in is a bit rough, but there are plenty of spaces inside, though it can get crowded. Just remember to ask the front desk for a parking voucher before you head out. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍👍👍"

"The hotel's location is great, right next to Wanda Plaza, and it's just a 5-6 minute walk to Antong Old Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Taking a taxi to Duanqiao Bridge isn't far either. The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities and equipment are quite modern, and there's no lingering renovation smell. The breakfast selection is also quite generous. However, one thing really left a sour taste: for a room accommodating three people, there was only an option for breakfast for two. I thought since my company has a co-branded membership with Atour Group, I could use the complimentary breakfast vouchers. So, I signed up for the membership. But when I got to the front desk, I was told I couldn't use them because I hadn't booked the room through Atour's mini-program or app. I then asked if, as a member, I still couldn't get complimentary breakfast, and again, the answer was no. They told me I'd have to pay 99 RMB on the spot to purchase their quarterly membership card to use the breakfast vouchers included with it. Considering that this was still more cost-effective than buying breakfast for 48 RMB/day, I ended up purchasing their quarterly membership card. This was my first time staying at Atour, but such a membership service experience was truly disappointing…"

"Booked 3 rooms for my parents and me. Even though we aren't IHG members, Trip.com offered early check-in, which was fantastic as we could settle in and rest right after getting off the high-speed train at 10 AM. The larger rooms we booked were spacious, and we could open our suitcases without obstructing movement. The front desk attendant gave me two cards but didn't inform me that one was for power and not the room key. When I went downstairs with the power card and couldn't get back up, I went to the front desk for help, but instead of an apology, I was met with blame, asking why I didn't look at the card, and their attitude was extremely rude. Another staff member even chimed in. This is the first time I've encountered such front desk staff. As an elderly person who travels frequently, I really can't understand why the front desk staff, who failed to provide proper information, were so self-righteous? 2. The room given by the front desk was next to a residential building, only about 2 meters away; it was too close. 3. The towels and other amenities were quite old; I recommend bringing your own towels."

"The hotel's location is excellent; everything else was perfect, aside from not having a river view. It's just a three to five-minute walk to Duanqiao Bridge, and not far from Gaoli Street and Andong Old Street—a taxi ride costs only six yuan. We booked Family Room A, which came with a bathtub and a tent that our child loved. The room was very kid-friendly, with corner protectors and a step stool. The hotel breakfast was decent, not amazing, but more than enough for families with children. The only downside was that the corner protectors kept falling off because they weren't sticky enough. I also suggest they could offer complimentary fruit daily, like some other hotels do."

"The hotel is very close to the railway station, 10 min walk to the promenade, Broken Bridge and Piers, there’s a small park next to the hotel with dancing fountains and illuminated street at night ( looks wow!), easy to reach restaurants, stores and shops, where you can buy goods produced in DPRK. Before talking to the receptionist , better get ready your phone translator if you’re not fluent in Chinese, they didn’t seem very friendly and hospitable, the house keeping lady was more hello-hi and smiling, helped me to find the dashboard in my room to switch the lights:). By the way , the toilet surprised me with warm mode and some more functions you’ll check by yourself ( especially ladies:)). Breakfast….even for Chinese locals and hotel rating it looked poor and not delicious.Perhaps, it’s only my opinion, but I was disappointed and left the hotel restaurant half hungry.The hotel room is quite cozy and spacious, the mattress is not soft , but comfy for sleeping.Recommend it for short stay, 2-3 days, but for budget travelers, it’s not the option. The front desk lady is pretty and gentle, with a good service attitude. My child had diarrhea, and she gave me medicine for free, thank you very much. The room cleaning lady on the fifth floor of Area A was very good. The refrigerator was not hot, so she immediately brought a new good refrigerator, thank you 😊. The children were also provided with free slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel parking lot is huge, which gives self-driving tourists a super comfortable experience, without worrying about parking anxiety. The room was quite large, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, not too firm. Both my parents and children were very satisfied. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of both the Moon Island Night Market and the Andong Night Market. There's a Lawson convenience store and Pizza Hut on the first floor, and just a few steps away, turn left and you'll find the morning market. My parents loved the hustle and bustle of the place, so they got up early to go shopping and happily bought some snacks, which set the mood for the whole day.
