"Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!"

"The hotel's environment is excellent, and the facilities are very new. I especially want to commend the hotel's service team for their enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness. A special thank you goes to Silang and Xiao Yang. Before checking in, they proactively contacted us, sent the hotel's location, and inquired about our arrival time and needs. After checking in, they learned we were experiencing altitude sickness and promptly delivered an oxygen machine. The next day, Silang personally drove us to the scenic area entrance and then drove us to a restaurant in the city for dinner. The service was incredibly thorough. The breakfast was also delicious."

"The B&B is in the suburbs, but it is also very close to the downtown area of Kangding, and it only takes more than ten minutes to drive there. The hot spring has a strong sulfur smell, and the open-air hot spring courtyard is designed very carefully, which is not only beautiful but also private. The B&B gave us a private hot spring, and the pool was unexpectedly large. The courtyard of the entire B&B is also worth mentioning. There are many flowers planted, and it can be seen that they are all carefully maintained. Whether it is basking in the sun during the day or soaking in the hot spring, blowing the wind and watching the stars at night, it is very comfortable. We drove all the way to Kangding and got a truly relaxing stay."

"The hotel is 10 kilometers from Xinduqiao town, but it's closer if you're coming from Tagong Grassland. Staying here, you're surrounded by the beautiful scenery of alpine meadows, blue skies, white clouds, streams, and grazing horses – truly unique and stunning. The room is spacious and well-equipped with underfloor heating and a projector. However, there are two minor drawbacks: first, there's no full-length mirror, which makes it inconvenient for checking outfits. Second, the Wi-Fi and projector are directly above the bed, and their indicator lights made it very difficult for me to sleep, as I'm used to a completely dark room at night. It would be perfect if these could be improved. I recommend this hotel to travelers coming from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao."

"The first time I saw Kangcheng was a real surprise! The location is convenient for travel, and the surrounding area is very close to eating and shopping. The whole house was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and dry, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the hot water was sufficient. The front desk service is intimate and meticulous, and will patiently explain the play route. The soundproofing effect of the room is very good. You can sleep well after a day in Kangding. "The room was genuinely spacious, and the double bed was impressively large – a great choice for those who appreciate ample space. The mattress comfort was only average, and the pillows were a bit of a letdown, being overly soft and fluffy and offering little to no neck support. Hotel service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly warm and accommodating. Extra requests, like additional toothbrushes or blankets, were promptly delivered. The housekeeping staff even helped put on the duvet cover for the extra blanket, a thoughtful gesture as some hotels expect guests to do this themselves. The room offered a nice mountain view from the window. However, small bugs were quite prevalent, which I found a bit unsettling. The stick-on window screen had started to peel off, leaving gaps and allowing insects in. The bathroom was also very spacious and featured a smart toilet. However, the hot water pressure in the shower was quite low, which wasn't very refreshing. A full set of disposable toiletries was provided. Breakfast, served until 9:30 AM, offered a decent variety, including bread, porridge, milk, fruit, and a mix of steamed and fried options. However, freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli were not available. The dining area wasn't very large, so it's best to avoid peak hours. Free and ample parking was available."

"I decided to go on a whim. I searched for Yemu, a hot spring hotel with good reviews on Ctrip and booked it. When I arrived at the hotel and saw the exterior, I felt very good. After entering, the owner was very enthusiastic. When I saw the room and the hot spring pool, I felt relieved that I made the right choice today. The room is large and clean. The hot spring is comfortable, especially the rooftop hot spring, which is simply too good. I have already agreed with my friends to come again in May~~~"

PPockyBackpackThis hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious. Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them. The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

The manager of the plase , spoiled me with lots of good things as I arrived, did not let me cary any thing, just to make it easy on me. The plase is butifull, covered with all kind of tibetin excesories. I loved the Interier of the lobby, dining room and the room itself , butifull decorated. SSurina binti IdrisWe are very satisfied with this hotel. The room is very clean. The mattress is soft, and we had a comfortable sleep. Oxygen is provided in the room, and there is also floor heating, which is very helpful in the very cold weather and high altitude. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, even though we communicated using a translation app. The hotel also provides free breakfast. For us as Muslims, bread, eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, and fruits are already sufficient. This is a good hotel for Muslim travelers as a stopover on the way to Daocheng Yading, as there are two halal Muslim restaurants within a 7–10 minute walking distance. Highly recommended.

They even recommended many delicious restaurants to us, and we didn't miss out on any of them! GGuest UserWe stayed at the leisurely B&B during our self-driving trip to Western Sichuan. The location was perfectly chosen, very convenient when coming from Jiagenba, and made for an easy trip to Tagong and Gulong Village the next day. It saved us a lot of hassle for our travels. The overall decor is modern and minimalist, clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The value for money is truly excellent, affordable and pleasant. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing a great experience throughout. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details. Both the toilet and shower were equipped with grab bars, showing care for guests who might feel unwell at high altitudes and be prone to falling – a truly heartwarming touch. The room featured a full-house diffused oxygen supply, not just a separate oxygen concentrator, which was very effective in alleviating altitude sickness. Combined with the full-house floor heating, it made for a warm and comfortable night in the high-altitude region. The super-large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view. We could admire the continuous mountain scenery without even leaving the room. The expansive view and beautiful scenery made every photo a great shot. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, providing a top-notch living experience. Our overall stay exceeded expectations. Convenient travel, comfortable environment, thoughtful details, and unbeatable value for money. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Xinduqiao, and I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Western Sichuan!

GGuest UserWe were driving from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao when we spotted this really unique hotel! ☺️ We immediately pulled over to check it out. The price was right, so we booked it online on the spot. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and super nice. She showed us a couple of rooms 😆 and the views from both were stunning. My sister ended up choosing the room with the curved balcony. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard, with excellent support. My Apple Watch even showed my sleep quality score as 90! That night, it snowed – experiencing all four seasons in one day on the plateau is no exaggeration! The room had underfloor heating, so it was warm and not dry at all. For breakfast, my favorites were the steamed dumplings and the tremella soup. Just look at the pictures for the comparison! 😘 Snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, prayer flags, and meadows were all within sight. We even encountered some falling snow along the way – that's the ultimate romance unique to western Sichuan. Encountering the most breathtaking scenery in the shortest amount of time. The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserI booked the ”river view” room on the 13th floor and obviously, I stuck gold after cranking my head from my room window, looking down to the raging water roaring through the river in the center of the city street. When I said ”raging” water, I meant cascading flows that echo through the entire city block. I had seen such terrain in Switzerland before but this is more impressive. So ”location” is the biggest merit and I would recommend never sparing the money in exchange for the river=side room. Plus, the hotel is looking against the famous ”Love Song” Plaza of KarnDin City. For those who wonder what the big deal is about the ”KangDin Love Song”. For starters, it is a part of the Chinese growing-up song that is deeply entrenched in education, for even a person raised in Taiwan, let alone ethnical Chinese in the Mailand. It is more like a pilgrimage than touring that brought many to the city. The smaller plaza right in front of the hotel lobby begins to gather impromptu dances at about 8 pm (Beijing time, local time ~ 6 p.m.). I admire the local Tibetans of all ages whose spontaneity sways with the music. The hotel doorman told me that yes, there were Han tourists also in the troupe, but you could usually tell them apart because they were the awkward-looking ones. I have no complaints about the service, and I appreciate the enthusiasm the front desk people show when I try to gather information. One more thing before I leave: if you are tired of the summer heat, Kangdin is the city you want to come! In late June, the daily high is 12 C! The travel to the city has made extremely convenient by the recent completed Highway 42--an incredible feat of tunnel engineering in the world.

This hotel played an indispensable role in making this trip to Kangding so successful, especially the warm and thoughtful service of Manager Zhang, which left me an indelible impression. When I first arrived at the hotel, fatigue from the long journey was written all over my face. Manager Zhang seemed to see through my tiredness at a glance. He came up to me quickly with a friendly smile. He not only arranged for someone to help me complete the check-in procedures quickly, but also thoughtfully served me a cup of steaming local specialty tea. The rich aroma of tea instantly dispelled my fatigue from the journey and made me feel good about this hotel. He personally led me to the room and patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me along the way, from the restaurant's opening hours and dish features to the different types of pools and opening hours in the hot spring area. Every detail was explained in great detail, as if I was not a first-time guest, but an old friend who had returned home after a long absence. Walking into the room, the warm and comfortable layout is eye-catching. The decoration in the room combines the ethnic characteristics of Kangding with modern simple style, with harmonious colors and neatly arranged furniture. The bed is soft and tidy, and there are exquisite small ornaments placed at the bedside, demonstrating the hotel's pursuit of quality. After learning that I came to Kangding to enjoy the beautiful scenery, Manager Zhang specially prepared a detailed Kangding travel guide for me, which marked the location, opening hours and travel suggestions of famous attractions in the surrounding area, and even recommended some niche check-in spots that only locals know about. This undoubtedly added more surprises and expectations to my journey. When it comes to the core feature of the hotel - hot springs, it is even more praised. The hotel's hot spring area is uniquely designed, with indoor and outdoor pools neatly distributed among the garden landscape. There are many types of hot springs, including Chinese medicine hot springs for health preservation, flower petal hot springs for soothing the body and mind, and massage hot springs for complete relaxation. The water temperature is suitable, the water quality is clear, and it is rich in various minerals that are beneficial to the human body. Each hot spring pool is equipped with ample towels, drinks and comfortable lounge chairs, allowing people to feel the meticulous care while enjoying the hot springs. Here, I can relax myself to my heart's content, let the warm spring water soothe every inch of my muscles, wash away the dust and fatigue of the journey, and immerse myself in this tranquility and comfort. The hotel's dining service is equally excellent. The restaurant's dishes are mainly local specialties, with fresh ingredients and fine cooking. Whether it is the fragrant yak beef soup pot or the unique-tasting barley cake, every dish is unforgettable. Manager Zhang will also recommend suitable dish combinations based on the guests' tastes and needs, and often visit the restaurant in person to ask guests about their dining experience to ensure that every guest can enjoy a satisfactory dining experience. During the days in Kangding, the weather was changeable, sometimes sunny and sometimes drizzling. I remember one day, I had planned to go out for a trip, but it suddenly started raining heavily. Just when I was feeling a little overwhelmed in the hotel lobby, Manager Zhang appeared again like a timely rain. Not only did he provide me with rain gear, he also helped me re-plan the day's itinerary based on the weather conditions, recommended some attractions and activities suitable for indoor visits, and thoughtfully arranged for the hotel's vehicle to pick me up. His care and concern made me feel extremely warm and secure in this strange city. During my time at Kangding Hot Spring Hotel, I gained not only a comfortable accommodation experience, but also wonderful memories. Manager Zhang and his team use their enthusiasm and professionalism to create a warm home away from home for every guest. The store provides pick-up and drop-off services, which is very considerate! Children like the small playground in the hotel very much. There is a book bar on it where you can read books. The breakfast area is very beautiful, opposite the mountain. It feels great to have breakfast among the hydrangeas and mountain clouds!
