I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is right at the entrance to the Ancient Street, and as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by lovely receptionists with a bottle of water. I got a really nice room upgrade, and they even gave me a fruit platter and another gift at check-out. The room was so clean and had everything I needed. The receptionist immediately added me on WeChat of easy communication and sent me a list of recommendations for the area. I was blown away by the standard of this hotel for the price. Very solo-friendly and foreign-friendly!

The room is spacious and well-appointed, and it's very clean. I particularly liked the stylish teacups. The location is incredibly convenient; you can see it right after exiting Lanzhou West Station, and it's just a 10-minute walk. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel service is excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. It's also not far from the Two Mountains and One River area.

Extremely satisfied! It's a 15-minute drive for an early morning flight, and they offer airport drop-off if you book a day in advance. Since I left early, they even packed a generous breakfast for me! The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely consider this place again when I'm transiting through Lanzhou!

The room was nice, and the location was good. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Provincial Museum, and very convenient to take a taxi to the city center. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. However, the night light didn't have a switch; it stayed on constantly once the key card was inserted, which wastes electricity and affects sleep (the night light under the sink pointed directly at the head of the bed). Several Mercure hotels I've stayed at have this same design. I'd suggest adding a switch for the night light.

My recent stay at this hotel truly showed me what exceptionally thoughtful service looks like. I had an early high-speed train to catch, and on that morning, it was drizzling, a bit chilly, and the roads were slick. Worried about missing my train, I packed in a hurry, feeling flustered and anxious. On my way to the high-speed train station after checking out, as I was organizing my belongings, I suddenly realized I had left my most important ID card in the hotel room. I panicked instantly, feeling both anxious and regretful. An ID card is essential for travel; without it, I couldn't board the train, and my entire itinerary would be ruined. With the train departure time fast approaching, I had no time to go back to the hotel myself. I was at a complete loss and incredibly stressed. In my慌乱, I immediately called the hotel's front desk. The person who answered was Xiaowang, a front desk staff member. Over the phone, my words were rushed and incoherent, conveying my panic about leaving my ID and the urgency of catching my train. Xiaowang listened patiently and gently throughout, showing no hint of impatience. He calmly reassured me, telling me not to panic and to relax, promising to immediately help me search for it. After hanging up, Xiaowang went to my room right away to search, carefully checking every corner. Because I had packed in a rush, the ID card was in a rather concealed spot, making it difficult to find. However, Xiaowang didn't cut corners; he meticulously searched and checked everywhere, and finally, he successfully found my ID card. After finding the ID, knowing my train was leaving soon and I wouldn't have time to go back and forth, Xiaowang thoughtfully and proactively suggested that he could arrange a delivery service to send the ID urgently to the high-speed train station, ensuring I wouldn't miss my trip. This kind of service isn't a mandatory offering from the hotel; it was entirely Xiaowang's sense of responsibility and empathy that drove him to help a guest in need. On a rainy morning, with a considerable number of guests checking in and out, he still took time out of his duties to carefully verify my identity, confirm the station's location, quickly contact a reliable delivery person, and thoroughly explain the delivery requirements. He handled the entire process efficiently. Throughout, Xiaowang kept me updated on the search progress and the delivery status, allowing me to stay informed while en route, slowly easing my anxiety. The poor road conditions due to the rain added complications to the delivery, but he was dedicated and responsible every step of the way, without a single complaint, remaining gentle and patient. His extreme sense of responsibility made me feel incredibly secure. Ultimately, thanks to Xiaowang's excellent arrangements, my ID card arrived at the high-speed train station ahead of time, allowing me to check in and board without any delays. He truly solved my immediate crisis. For travelers, unexpected incidents are the most dreaded. Xiaowang, with his sincerity, attentiveness, and exceptional service, resolved my mistake and embarrassment. He made me, a solo traveler in an unfamiliar city on a chilly, rainy day, feel a profound sense of kindness and warmth. His attitude reflects true dedication, and his detailed service shows great commitment. Xiaowang not only possesses excellent professional skills and efficiency but also a rare kindness and genuine desire to help guests, proactively offering thoughtful solutions. He perfectly embodies the warmth of this hotel's service, which goes beyond standard procedures to offer service that is personal and heartfelt. I am incredibly grateful for Xiaowang's tremendous help. This unexpected hiccup actually made me love this hotel even more! I sincerely recommend everyone to choose this hotel; the professional and warm staff and thoughtful service are absolutely trustworthy! The next time I visit this city, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again, and I wish the kind and responsible Xiaowang all the best in his work.

True to Atour's consistent standards, I was generally satisfied. My only gripe was the parking – it was a real hassle. While the hotel's prime location in the bustling city center is fantastic, the flip side is the lack of a dedicated parking lot. Finding parking nearby, especially after dusk, was incredibly difficult. I'd advise those traveling by car to reconsider.

The hotel is fantastic, with convenient transportation nearby. Zhongshan Bridge is just a short distance away, and Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street is right across the street. There are also plenty of night market snack stalls around. Room facilities: Very new, equipped with the Xiaodu smart assistant. Room cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Lobby environment: Spacious and bright. Lobby service: Warm and attentive; a young man at the front desk was especially helpful and even assisted with our luggage. Specialty tea: The complimentary specialty tea was incredibly refreshing after returning to the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

For my trip to Lanzhou this time, I chose the Yunhe Yebo Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Zhang Shifu, who picked us up, was incredibly genuine. He proactively called us before departure to confirm the time and location. Even though our train was delayed, he waited patiently without any催促 (urging). Meeting such a person while traveling really put my mind at ease. The check-in process at the hotel was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were all very friendly and patient when we asked for recommendations for authentic local restaurants. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and had all the necessary facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also quite a surprise. There was a good variety of food, and the highlight was the freshly pulled beef noodles, authentic Lanzhou style. Eating a bowl in the morning was incredibly satisfying. The location is also convenient, not far from Lanzhou West Station, Gansu Provincial Museum, and Zhongshan Bridge, making it very easy to get around and explore. Downstairs, there are supermarkets and various restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far for shopping or dining. Next time I visit Lanzhou, I will definitely prioritize staying here again.

This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!

The floor in the shower area was already cracked when we checked in, as shown in the photos. The room was advertised as having a lake view, but in reality, the view was mainly of a French window overlooking the gaps between buildings. On the positive side, the water pressure was strong and the room was clean. We booked two rooms at fairly similar prices, but bathrobes were provided in only one of the rooms. In the other room, the shelf where the toiletries were supposed to be placed was also broken, so we had to put the toiletries on the floor, which was quite inconvenient to use. The showerhead was also tilted and did not stay in an ideal position. I’m not sure whether this was intentional or due to the hotel’s regulations or setup. We also requested an extra blanket for personal reasons, but unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide one.
