"This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!"

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a useful location where it's very easy to get taxis to Turpan's main sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lifts are slow and a bit outdated and the carpets and aircon on our floor (5th) weren't as clean or worked as well as we felt in other floors. The fact that it has a free laundry room for guests is very convenient and the breakfast was good enough. We found our room comfortable and we would happily stay here again if we visit Turpan in the future."

"This hotel is amazing, with great staff and services. It’s well located with enough shops nearby if you need snacks. It’s also a few minutes drive from the Karez Garden experience and near other activities, such as the market. The site where the hotel is located is at a new place that imitates that of an ancient Uyghur city so it’s an attraction on its own. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all ameneties needed. I want to point out that the staff was very friendly and kind, and it was a real pleasure staying there. I will be staying there again if I return to Turpan and I will recommend the place to my friends. Thank you very much!"

"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my two-week business trip in Xinjiang. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The breakfast, in particular, was abundant and delicious. The cleanliness, facilities, and service attitude absolutely blow away hotels like Hanting Premium and Home Inn. It's Hilton quality at a budget hotel price – the value for money is incredible! Plus, you can even rent traditional ethnic clothing for a free photoshoot. I was so impressed, I just had to write a separate post about it on Xiaohongshu!"

"I'd give 1 star for the doorman's service, it was excellent! He was very welcoming and offered water as soon as I arrived. However, the service overall was terrible. When I returned to my room at night after being out, the door was wide open, which was incredibly frightening! The explanation I was given was that the cleaning staff thought the room was damp after cleaning, so they left the door open from 4 PM to 8 PM. And then the front desk kept hounding me for a good review. How can I give a good review after something like that? This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that's given me such a scare."

"The hotel's own vineyard, offering free fruit picking, is probably its biggest draw. The service was okay, both the girls and the guys were pleasant. Cleanliness was OK. However, the amenities weren't great. I was unlucky to choose a family room on the third floor, but the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and the shower pressure wasn't strong enough, making it a real problem for summer travelers. I've read reviews of the breakfast being generous, but that's an exaggeration. The watermelon didn't even feel fresh (this was in Xinjiang in the summer, which is when fruit is plentiful). Also, the coffee was expensive, at 24 yuan for an iced Americano (though I'm not sure about prices at other coffee shops in Turpan)."

AAL94The hotel lobby is spacious. It feels quiet. I don’t remember any distinct fragrance in the lobby. Check in was prompt. The lady and man at check in were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Laundry and breakfast available on 2nd floor. Breakfast for the 2 days was great. The hotel is in a very convenient area with plenty of food and shops.

GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

GGuest UserWhen checking in at around 6pm, I felt that the hotel's location and decoration were good. I wanted to book a big bed casually, but I was told that the waiter had gone off duty. No one cleaned the rooms that were left on the upper floors that day, so I could choose a lower floor room. After learning about it, I found that the suites were high-rise and had views, so I immediately booked a suite. As a result, I don't know if I was too easy to talk to when I checked in. When I checked out the next day, I asked us to wait for half an hour because there was a little yellow stain of coffee on the small square towel. The waiter soaked it in 84 disinfectant for dozens of minutes. If it can be washed clean, we don't have to pay for it. Otherwise, we have to compensate the hotel for 40 yuan. I felt speechless immediately. Which hotel's small square towel is not used to wipe the table and tea stains? Do guests have to wait for the waiter to see if the blood stains can be washed clean before leaving when they crush mosquitoes to death while sleeping, otherwise they have to compensate for the bedding. After staying in hotels for so many years, I have encountered such a weird practice. Do you think that guests don't care when they check in, so they want to earn tips for some reasons? It's unreasonable and incomprehensible. TTangtangmmVery good, the hotel breakfast is also OK, which should be considered very good in the local area. I am not used to Xinjiang rice, but I ate a full stomach. There is a food street outside. It is a national custom that many people are not allowed to drink alcohol. I packed it back to the hotel and ate it while it was still hot.
