The Estilo Fashion Hotel has great service, a comfortable room and a good location. We arrived in Budapest much later than expected and were very thankful to the staff and their speedy check in process that allowed us to get to our river cruise reservation on time. The staff were friendly and helpful each time we interacted with them. The location was perfect for us. We were steps away from the Fővám tér station which had metro and tram service to many of Budapest's major sites like the parliament, chain bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and many more. We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by. We took the metro from the station by the hotel that gave us easy access to the Kelenfold Station (to get to/from Vienna or Bratislava), The room was compact but there was enough space for all of our things. It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way. The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air. The bathroom was good with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. They have an all in one body wash in the shower and some body lotion by the sink too. We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. They had very good scrambled eggs, breads and a tray of cured meats and cheeses each day. They also had a good variety of spreads and healthy items to choose from. We liked having yoghurt with a variety of seeds in it. The juice and coffee selection was nice too to help start our day. Getting there early wasn't a big issue for us but we found as it got busier not everything was consistently available.

I’m waited for the day that hotel opens, we been few times before cake shop dwonsters were we had dessert very delicious. I’m travelling often Budapest Location: far from city centre but close to airport Hotel New designed spacious room Room nicely decorated with lovely bathroom 👍 Bed to firm and not to comfy but is my personal preference What I really don’t like tramway just side on building and u feel like shaking room and very nosy 🙁 I’m booked hotel one night and came from Istanbul I has early flights but tyred so I know I’m gonna arrive around one hour before my chek in Called reception 6am she not happy request earlier check in if that possible then she sad 20 euro to get in hour early ! Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

Furthermore, the bus stop is very easily accessible on foot and offers quick and convenient connections to the city center, making it simple to explore the area without the need for a car.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey. The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition. Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries. At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Otelin check in prosedürünü ÇOK CİDDİ SEVİYEDE iyileştirmesi gerekiyor. Rezervasyonlarım farklı kanallardan olmasına rağmen ısrarla odaların hiçbiri verilmedi. Hatta odaların bir tanesi markanın kendi sitesinden tutulduğu halde resepsiyon ısrarla bekletti, hiçbir özel karşılama vs. yapılmadı. Hızlı giriş için pasaport bilgilerini vs doldurmuştum. Ona rağmen çok uzun sürdü. Uzun bir uçuş ardından bu şekilde bekletilmek beni ekstra yordu. Daha sonra odaların farklı yollarla ve isimlere rezervasyon yapıldığı fark edildi. ”Tamam aslında odalar hazırmış, biri hariç hepsini verelim.” dediler. Ama saat 15.00'te bunu fark etmeleri gerçekten çok özensiz ve isteksiz çalıştıklarını gösteriyor. Bizden sonra otel kapısından giriş yapan herkese odası verildi. Biz anlamsız bir şekilde bekletildik. Çözüm önerisi sunmalarını beklerdim. Oda temizdi, büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. Masaların toparlanması ve temizliği bir hayli vakit alıyor. Garsonlar zaman zaman yetersiz kalıyor. Masanın üzerinde sürekli duran, çatal bıçak peçete koyma tabakları var. Bu tabaklara yemek de dökülüyor. Masayı sildikleri bezle bu servis ekipmanını silmeleri gerçekten hoş bir görüntü değildi. Kahvaltıda istek üzerine hazırlanan tek ürün kahve. İsterseniz sıraya girip latte, cappucino vs. yaptırabiliyorsunuz. Gelelim en güzel kısmına. Restoran inanılmaz güzeldi. Yemeklerin iyi bir şef tarafından hazırlandığı belli oluyordu. Sunum ve pişme durumu etkileyiciydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve saygılıydı. Özellikle bar kısmında da çalışan uzun saçlı beye çok teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı salonundan manzara ile yorumumu tamamlıyorum.

Location is perfect as very near to chain bridge and castle. Can walk around to all the attractions or take bus or tram as both are nearby. If you have bulky luggage, little troublesome as hotel is on a slope of 25 metres. It’s old hotel, so be prepared…aircon not cool enough. Breakfast was nice. Filtered cool water provided at lobby, good taste and saves money.

From the moment we arrived, hotel team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness shown to us throughout our visit. Due to a flight baggage delay, we were anxious about our journey in Budapest. He was very patient to explain what we can do and the hotel would try to help to collect my luggage when BA delivers the missing baggage to hotel. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel truly valued as guests. In day two, another front desk staff helped to received the baggages with detail correspondence, this action helped me to do the claim with airline. He was amazingly thoughtful and concidered all my concerns to this matter. At the end of my stay, my family left a backpack in the lobby and called the hotel to find it, the front desk staff quickly helped me to locate my backpack, kept it for my collection. I can’t say more to express my satisfaction to your whole team. Your team’s dedication and passion for providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. It is clear that you take great pride in ensuring your guests have the best possible experience. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who looked after us. We will certainly recommend your hotel to our family and friends, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future. Thank you once again for making our trip so enjoyable.

The property is located in the city center, offering easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. It was exceptionally clean. We stayed on the first floor and had a veranda. The kitchen was equipped with everything one might need. It was a clean apartment with new furnishings.

The hotel is located right by the Danube River, and you can catch the yellow tram right outside. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and there are Chinese signs everywhere. There are also plenty of rooms. It's not far from the M2 metro line. You can enjoy views of the Hungarian Parliament Building from across the river. The room amenities are also good, and the air conditioning is powerful. Breakfast is relatively abundant, so you definitely won't go hungry.
