"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but it was quite convenient for us since we drove. There's a night market and a 7-Eleven not too far from the hotel. The beach is right out the south gate of the hotel. The room was super spacious, and the breakfast was decent with a good variety. I'd recommend staying here if you have a car or a motorbike; otherwise, it might be a bit inconvenient. Alternatively, taking a ride from Jomtien Beach would make it much easier."

I stayed in a Superior Room which featured: • A very comfortable king-sized bed. • Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi (essential for my remote work). • A private balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The swimming pool is another standout feature. It’s large, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, providing a perfect tropical escape from the afternoon heat. Service & Hospitality The staff deserves a special mention. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless. The front desk team was professional and helped me arrange local transport with ease. The housekeeping was diligent, ensuring the room was spotless every single day. Whether you are a solo traveler looking to explore the city or a couple seeking a central base, I highly recommend this hotel. "Thank you 😊 for the surprise from the restaurant, we were very happy. Just a little mention, the restaurant was very thoughtful. The room was very clean and comfortable. While sleeping, I hear a little music vibration, but it's much better than the noise from living on the pedestrian street. I can give the restaurant some suggestions. I hope you can provide paper and one pen in the room. I would also like to thank the cleaning staff; they cleaned very well and made our stay very comfortable. "I had a wonderful stay at The Quba Boutique Hotel Pattaya! I was truly impressed by the excellent service from all the staff—they were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations, especially considering the very reasonable price. The room is compact but well-designed, making it easy to move around comfortably, and everything was very clean. The bathroom is spacious, with strong water pressure, which I really appreciated. There were plenty of hangers, the TV sound quality was great, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable—I slept very well! For a hotel priced under 1,000 baht on a weekend in a central Pattaya location, this is an amazing value. I would highly recommend it, especially for travelers who have their own transportation or are comfortable getting around, as the hotel is located in a small alley and not within walking distance to the beach."

"We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in. We booked a sea view suite, and the description on Trip.com stated it would have a 1.8-meter king bed plus a 0.8-meter sofa bed in the living room. However, when we arrived, it was just a regular sofa. The hotel claimed they never had a sofa bed and asked me to provide proof from the vendor (Trip.com) that one was advertised. I showed the front desk the screenshot, and after some negotiation, they provided a complimentary rollaway bed for the living room (originally 1000 THB per night). This whole ordeal took about half an hour. First, the pros: The environment is absolutely amazing. Both balconies offer sea views, and the breeze on the top floor is fantastic – very comfortable to stand out there. The breakfast menu changed slightly every day, and the fried fish cakes were delicious. All the hotel staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, would greet you proactively. This is pretty standard for most hotels in Thailand. Now for the cons: For two people, they would only provide one room key, citing safety concerns. This made getting in and out very inconvenient. Also, if we left the room for a short while, like to go to the pool, the air conditioning would be forcibly cut off. I suspect they only provide one key to save electricity, preventing the AC from running when no one is in the room. The second con is that, possibly because it's on the top floor, the air conditioning was very ineffective. When we first entered, you had to sit directly under the vent to feel any coolness. Both AC units in the living room and bedroom were like this. Thankfully, once we settled down, it wasn't too hot and didn't affect our rest. The third con: On the third day, I woke up to a dead cockroach on the floor. I called room service, but they said they couldn't clean until after 8 AM (I probably made a mistake here and should have called guest services directly). So we left. When we returned that evening, the room had been cleaned, the sheets changed, and the tip I left on the bedside table was gone, but the cockroach carcass was still there. This time, I was smarter and called guest services. 'Dou Bao' (the translator on my phone, I assume) translated that there was a cockroach, and a staff member arrived within a minute with a broom and dustpan to take care of it. That guy was awesome!"

"Stayed March 2026. Let me start by saying the hotel staff and service was so good. All the front desk workers were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. The room was just alright. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom amenities are good. But, the cleaning lady did not seem to do a great job, the room never felt cleaned much and the shower is a bit mucky. I found ants on the counter each night I was there, so it must have been a long-term cleanliness issue. I was surprised because usually holiday inn express is pretty clean. Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once). The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge. There is also a coin laundry room, both washer and dryer. The front desk will exchange bills into coins for you, if you need. Overall pretty good experience."

"Vogue Hotel Pattaya is near many pubs and restaurants and shopping, and a out 12 to 15 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok but limited selection and never seemed to be an abundance of food. They put small portions out at a time. They did have varied soups daily that were quite delicious. The swimming pools were always clean. There's only a few lounge chairs per pool and they seemed a bit tattered. There were renovations going on and I think once completed, it will be even better."

"I had planned to enjoy a really nice hotel, with a beautiful rooftop pool, a comfortable king-size bed... but an unexpected incident ruined the whole trip and put me in a terrible mood! To start, I was quite satisfied with the room upon check-in. Aside from the location being a bit off the main road, making transportation slightly inconvenient, the hardware was basically satisfactory. The room shared a common wall with the next room, with another wooden door right by the headboard. Late at night, the Western guests in the adjoining room were extremely noisy, clearly drunk, and it continued until almost 5 AM. Before breakfast in the morning, I reported it to the front desk and requested that if the foreigners next door were extending their stay, one of our two rooms would need to be changed. The front desk called an ununiformed female supervisor to discuss it. Her attitude was excellent, and she asked me to tell her my decision after breakfast. After I finished my meal, the female supervisor was no longer at the front desk. There was only a burly male staff member in uniform who asked what I needed. Not wanting to re-explain everything, I asked if the female supervisor was available. The male employee asked why I was looking for her, and when I told him it was about changing rooms, his expression immediately soured. He didn't go find the female supervisor. Instead, he directly offered to move me to the fifth floor, saying I'd have to wait for it to be cleaned. I expressed that I hoped the neighbors would be moved so I wouldn't have to, but he flatly replied that it's impossible to move guests; I could only request to move myself. He said there was only one room left, and I had to decide immediately, or it would be gone. I then requested to extend the check-out time from the usual 12 PM to 2 PM on the third day, but he said that wasn't possible either, at most 1 PM. I want to emphasize again: 1. The hardware/facilities/location/cleanliness... everything was fine. 2. Guests being noisy is also a problem for the hotel, not caused by them... so I don't blame the hotel; I just want to discuss it properly. 3. The female supervisor had a great attitude, which made me feel like there was genuine intent to resolve the issue immediately! It was just the male staff member who ended up handling it; his face was incredibly sour, his refusal was very decisive and cold, and he stared at me, waiting for my answer... It made me feel like I was being picky, making trouble for the hotel by asking to change rooms, and making an unreasonable request to extend check-out by 2 hours... In the end, because I was woken up early and hadn't gotten enough sleep, I just gave up, immediately moved rooms, and went to catch up on sleep. The service attitude went from the supervisor being +1 point to him being -2 points."
