Pros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt. Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

This is an ideal hot spring resort for families with kids during the summer. There are many free children's activities, keeping the little ones entertained all day. The hotel's garden and lake views create a wonderful ambiance, and the new Asian-style architecture is quiet and elegant, perfect for photos. Relying on the natural radon hot springs of Baima Yongquan, there's a rich variety of public hot spring pools. If you stay in a villa, you get a private hot spring, ensuring maximum privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is attentive and responsive, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, soaking in the springs and strolling around is incredibly relaxing. It's definitely my top choice for a short getaway and has already made it onto my 'revisit' list!

The hotel is perfectly located, with everything within walking distance: the main pedestrian street, the famous bridge, and the metro. It has all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, iron, microwave, and cutlery. The only downside was that my son and I developed allergic rhinitis, possibly due to the air conditioning or mold in the shower. The room cleaning was also mediocre.

I contacted the Louis Castle Aoteng Hotel in advance to let them know about my decoration request and check-in time. Not only did they upgrade my room type, but the decorations were also beautifully done. 🍬🍬 Five stars! The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and had a warm service attitude, always responding promptly to any issues. The room was very clean, odor-free, and quite spacious, even having a small living area and two TVs. The mirror in the washroom was huge, and the wet and dry areas were well-separated. ☕️☕️ The KingKoil mattress was just the right firmness, and there was a good variety of pillows. The overall soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet night's sleep without any disturbances. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided great natural light. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection, and the food tasted delicious. The housekeeping auntie was also very attentive. The overall environment was simple and comfortable, definitely no regrets. I'll prioritize staying here again if I'm ever in the area.

The room type was excellent, spacious, and I'm used to suites, so this long, narrow room layout was great. It had plenty of natural light, a smart toilet, and a shower head that I really liked. The air conditioning system was comfortable, and the lighting was well-designed. The bed was large enough, and the bedding made for a peaceful sleep. The location was fantastic; it's by the main road but not noisy, and the view is pleasant. It's also within walking distance of the Sichuan Opera House, making it convenient to get anywhere. The welcome drink, afternoon tea, and minibar were thoughtful touches. The in-room capsule coffee machine was very convenient. The best part was the private butler service – you could just message them for anything and get a quick response. Although calls were answered by a robot, the room service for delivering items was incredibly fast, with no waiting time. There's a large laundry room with plenty of washing machines. The hotel really emphasizes service, which is a big plus. The only drawback was the lack of a swimming pool, but honestly, it was already pretty perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

This hotel is excellent! The environment is great, the views are fantastic, and the room space is very generous (I especially loved the large window, haha, see pic 4). From my room, I could see the 339 TV Tower. The butler was very kind and patient, and the service center answered calls incredibly fast, fulfilling all my requests, and even helped me with a late check-out. I could also request a more suitable pillow at night. The security staff at the entrance were very thoughtful, opening car doors and helping with luggage. All my needs were handled perfectly, and the service felt genuinely warm. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, making my entire stay hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. After a few days of exploring, I feel Chengdu is a very warm and welcoming city. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for one night and checked out today. The room facilities are pretty good, very clean, and the environment is also great. The hotel is right next to Chunxi Road, so it's super convenient for shopping and dining. There are many night markets nearby, and no matter which direction you go, you'll find plenty of delicious food spots. The lobby on the first floor has a particularly pleasant fragrance, and as soon as you walk in, you'll see four robots, lining up at night to deliver takeaways. My reservation even came with a craft beer, which was nice for a nightcap – though it was just one, it was super big, enough to share with a friend. There's a pool table on the first floor and a laundry room on the 28th floor, which is very convenient for travelers to wash clothes, and you can even dry them and take them with you the same day. The hotel provides free laundry detergent, so you don't need to spend money. The mini-fridge in the room also has drinks, with four free bottles. There's a Bluetooth speaker next to the bedside table for playing music. I really have to praise the mattress – it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, not too soft, not too hard, with great support. The pillows are also very soft, just how I like them, though we also requested a latex pillow, which was also very good. I slept very soundly. There isn't much of a view during the day, but the night view is beautiful. The room size is also decent; it's a bit smaller compared to some hotels I've stayed in before, but most hotels in the city center have similar sizes, and larger rooms usually cost more. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM on the 45th floor. It would be even better if it started a bit earlier, like 6:30 AM, so we could eat earlier if we're in a hurry to go to the Panda Base. The breakfast selection is alright, pretty standard – not amazing but enough to eat and fill you up. The hotel's overall decor style is very unique, and the restaurant decor has a great vibe. The room lighting isn't super bright, but I personally found it quite nice. The lobby on the first floor also has a very high-end feel, which is to be expected since it's a newly opened hotel. The price of over 600 RMB for a city center location is quite fair.

The Xishang Hotel offers an amazing experience with attentive and prompt butler service. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and tastes authentic and delicious. The private hot spring is secluded and quiet, and the environment is tranquil and a great escape from the summer heat. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Excellent and spacious room, and got a quiet room upon request. Very comfortable, had two good night sleep after traveling in Chuanxi for a week. Excellent place to recuperate. There’s even a corner near the reception where you can borrow books to read (I do think this is thoughtful and the books selection were of good taste). Super near to shopping district taikuli, and chunxi pedestrian street. ＜ 10 minutes walk to the IFS building where there’s a “climbing panda”, this is the spot where u can get direct bus to sanxingdui museum and the 熊猫基地. Makes it very convenient to travel around, metro station also very near though we didn’t use. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard in Pengzhou for ten days while visiting family in the area, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a particularly attractive setting right next to Longxing Temple and is very centrally located. Rather than being one large hotel building, the property consists of several smaller one- and two-storey buildings arranged around the grounds, which gives it a lot of character and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. We had booked three rooms, and after a few days all three were upgraded free of charge to significantly larger and more comfortable rooms. This was a very nice gesture and something we genuinely appreciated. There are, however, a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. The main issue was the air conditioning. In practically all of our rooms, the temperature control did not work properly. The air conditioning cooled the rooms effectively, but did not stop once the selected temperature had been reached. As a result, room temperatures sometimes dropped to around 19°C, and the only practical way to regulate this was to switch the air conditioning on and off manually. Breakfast was included in the room rate and is very much focused on Chinese tastes, with noodle soup, eggs and various warm dishes. Western options are essentially limited to toast and jam, so international guests should set their expectations accordingly. Overall, we found the breakfast average in terms of both selection and quality, although perfectly adequate for a predominantly Chinese-style breakfast. Unfortunately, our last evening was affected by a more serious issue. Following very heavy rain, a considerable amount of water entered our daughter’s room, leaving part of the bed wet. The hotel staff reacted quickly and provided another room, which we appreciated, but naturally this was not the ideal way to end an otherwise enjoyable ten-day stay. Apart from this, we enjoyed our time at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard very much. Its central location is a real advantage, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés within easy walking distance. We did not try any other food at the hotel apart from breakfast. Overall, the beautiful setting, the unusual courtyard-style layout, the comfortable upgraded rooms and the convenient location made this a very pleasant place to stay in Pengzhou. With some attention to the air-conditioning controls and the water ingress issue, it could be an even better hotel.
