"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"

"This is an older five-star hotel, but the front desk and room service were excellent and very responsive to all requests. They even upgraded my room when I asked to switch, so the service definitely deserves high praise. The design and decor are a bit dated, but the room itself was spacious, bright, clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic view. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was standard. The hotel is right next to Swan Lake, with many shopping malls nearby. It's very easy to get a taxi from the lobby, and there's a subway station close by, making transportation quite convenient. This stay offered great value for money."

"Service: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall."

"I have been to Hefei many times, and this is my first time staying in Shushan District. The location of Gaosu Kaiyuan International Hotel is good, just on the roadside, with many supermarkets and food around, and various conveniences. The hotel has an exclusive parking lot on the second underground floor, which is safe and convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, good services, rich breakfast, rich welcoming fruits, and the hotel gym is well-equipped and well-managed. Food recommendation: Take a taxi from the hotel to ”Yiwei Qinghuan” to eat steamed white fish, which is delicious, delicious and affordable."

"Visited Hefei during the May Day holiday and staying at The Langham was an absolute delight! Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. "Facing the community, the environment is quite good, and the Chang'an community behind it is of good quality. The Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is excellent. You can also go to the restaurant in Chang'an Community, which is about 200 meters to the right from the hotel entrance. Five-star rating. The service standard of Shangri-La is outstanding, much better than several other hotel groups."

"This isn't my first time in Hefei, but it's my first stay at the Westin. **Cleanliness**: The room was incredibly clean, truly spotless. **Service**: We were traveling with an elderly person, so we made a request in advance. While our room didn't have a front-facing view, it was very conveniently located near the elevator. The young ladies who helped us check in and add an extra bed were both very kind. The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. **Dining**: The breakfast was excellent and varied, and ordering from the Chinese restaurant was easy. This hotel offers incredible value for money; it stands out even among other hotels of the same caliber. Highly recommended – I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hefei!"

"Here's a review of my stay: **Location:** The hotel is situated in the old part of Hefei, about a 25-minute drive from Hefei South Railway Station and 45 minutes from Xinqiao Airport. It's relatively close to popular tourist attractions like Pedestrian Street, Xiaoyaojin Park, and Baohe Park, making it a good choice for sightseers. There's a bus stop right across the street that goes to Shushan Park, but there's no subway nearby, so getting around mainly involves taxis (which are very affordable in Hefei). **Facilities:** The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings and a business-oriented decor. The public areas are well-maintained and clean. The rooms are quite large with a reasonable layout; our room even had a view of the Xiaoyaojin Ferris wheel. The bedding was comfortable. Soundproofing, however, was a bit of an issue. We could clearly hear doors closing in the hallway and conversations without any significant dampening, which disturbed our rest. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and every room comes with a bathtub, which our child loved. The shower water pressure was just average. While the room facilities are complete, they generally show signs of age. Despite being well-maintained, you can tell it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. There's also a heated swimming pool on the 5th floor, but I didn't have time to try it this trip. **Service:** Surprisingly, there were no staff members at the hotel entrance to help open car doors or assist with luggage. During my stay, I even witnessed a security guard arguing loudly and swearing for nearly ten minutes without anyone intervening. Other service aspects were pretty good, though. When I went to the lobby bar for ice for my bloodshot eyes, or asked for drawing paper and kids' toiletries for my child, my requests were quickly met. I didn't try the hotel breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality, nor did I use the complimentary drink vouchers. However, finding breakfast nearby is very convenient. There's a Sanhe Noodle shop to the left, a fresh market across the street, and many breakfast stalls right outside the hotel entrance. **Overall:** Considering everything, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
