Facilities: A bit old-fashioned. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Loved it, a perfect family-friendly hotel. Service: Good. The hotel's own activities are suitable for young children. It's very close to the beach, so getting to the sand is super convenient. My kids' favorite activity every day was walking to the beach. After they got tired of playing, we'd head back to rest, and from our room, we could hear the sound of the waves. It truly felt like 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms all around'.

Special thanks to: Jane, the hotel's duty manager, was especially nice. She continuously and attentively cared for us, even messaging us before check-out to ask if we needed any room supplies. Special thanks to Ms. Adale from the Guest Experience Department. She contacted me three days before check-in and proactively helped upgrade our room type. I also want to thank the kind lady who provided the turn-down service in our room. Seeing that there was no place to hang our child's clothes, she proactively asked her colleague to bring a 'spider-style' drying rack. Thanks to the young lady who served me iced Americano at breakfast – I don't know your name, but your sunshine-like smile brightened our trip... That's all! Our family stayed at the Dalian Xingzhijie Hotel and had an extremely satisfying experience overall. The lobby environment was simple and elegant, the public areas were clean and bright, and the rooms had excellent natural light and a comfortable layout. The cleanliness was impeccable, with soft and spotless bedding, and a bathroom with good wet/dry separation and no unpleasant odors. Even the corners and hard-to-reach spots were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay feel very secure. I must specifically commend the front desk staff and the duty manager. They were always responsive to our requests throughout our stay. This is truly the only hotel among Dalian's five-star establishments that genuinely helps guests resolve issues. Whether we asked about nearby tourist routes, borrowed items, or needed to adjust our check-in requirements last-minute, the staff patiently answered our questions, and the duty manager quickly coordinated a solution, responding promptly and thoughtfully. The daily housekeeping was meticulous and tidy, and the location was convenient for exploring with family or for short excursions. The attentive and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly welcome. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian, and I'll be recommending it to others. The hotel front desk also offered cold drinks and juice, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Happy Beach Gate 4, and within walking distance of Discovery Kingdom. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, which I really appreciated. However, I can't give a good rating for a few reasons: 1. As soon as we got to the room, I called the front desk for children's slippers and toothbrushes. After waiting half an hour with no delivery, I ended up getting them from a housekeeping staff member in the hallway. 2. In the afternoon, I called the front desk for disposable cups. Again, after waiting half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. I had to call again to follow up before they finally sent a robot to deliver them. We then left the room, and when we returned in the evening, we found two disposable cups sitting on the floor outside our door! Isn't putting paper cups on the floor unhygienic? 3. The hotel advertises free sand-digging tools. We stayed for two nights, and every time we went to get tools, they were either unavailable or broken! 4. Our room on the fifth floor wasn't particularly noisy, but as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, the hallway had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. The bedding also felt damp, making for an uncomfortable stay. For a Trip.com 5-diamond hotel with such a prime location, this was truly disappointing. It seems you really do get what you pay for!

Overall, my family and I had a very satisfying stay. Lynne was incredibly thoughtful; seeing that we had a child, she proactively offered complimentary children's toiletries, which was a lovely gesture. The room was clean, dust-free, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast offered a good variety suitable for all ages, and the hotel's quiet environment ensured a very peaceful night's rest. I genuinely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with a large shopping mall right nearby that has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping! The hotel service was also incredibly warm and welcoming. When they saw we had a child with us, they upgraded us to a junior suite. The room was quiet and spotless, with all the facilities well-equipped. Breakfast was also very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. My favorite part was how delicious their pastries were! The swimming pool is open all day and very clean. I'll definitely choose this Pullman again when I come back to Dalian!

I stayed for eight days and I'd like to specially commend the cleaning lady. She noticed we had a child and made sure to change our sheets and vacuum every day. I remember one day we went out for an hour, but it was too hot, so we came back to rest, only to find the room hadn't been cleaned. I thought the housekeeper hadn't told the cleaning staff, so I called the front desk to inquire. The housekeeper also said she'd coordinate the issue immediately. My husband was a bit upset then because, on one hand, the child needed to sleep, and on the other hand, we had specifically told the housekeeper we needed the room cleaned before we left. Later, when the cleaning lady arrived, she immediately said it was her fault and emphasized that she had gone for her meal, not because she was too busy. After her meal, she rushed to do a thorough cleaning, which is why she didn't clean our room immediately. The housekeeper had mentioned it to her initially, but she thought we wouldn't be back so soon. I think the cleaning lady is a responsible and accountable person who doesn't push problems onto others; she owns up to them. Therefore, I hope the hotel can commend her. She's responsible, accountable, thoughtful, and considers the guests – a truly excellent employee. And please pass on a message to her for me: from room 3702, who stayed for eight days, I wish her good health and smooth work! Also, the hotel facilities had a few minor issues, but the staff resolved them quickly. Every time I told our housekeeper, Riley, to clean the room before we left, it was only this one time it wasn't done on schedule, but Riley still resolved it quickly. Our experience at InterContinental Dalian was truly great.

I booked a deluxe twin room and got upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely perfect! I was a bit worried after seeing some online reviews mentioning outdated facilities, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The environment was excellent, the room was incredibly soundproof, and spacious enough. The service was fantastic; the cleaning lady even gave me recommendations for places to visit – true Northeastern hospitality!

The room was spacious and clean. I just wonder if it's disinfected after every guest, especially since it's a pet-friendly hotel, and I'm a bit concerned about other dogs having skin issues. Overall, it's pretty good, but there's no suitable place nearby for dog walking or bathroom breaks.

The hotel on the golf course feels that it is mainly prepared for guests who come to play golf overnight. It is written as a five-star, but the facilities are actually a bit old. Facing the side of the course, the view is invincible, it is worth a trip for one night alone. The price is also very reasonable. The manager is very enthusiastic. Breakfast is a set meal, relatively simple and tastes good. The room is large, with a balcony and a bathtub. There is free bottled water, because it is a small bottle, so four bottles were given. Later, two bottles were sent. Insufficient: 1. The hot water flow in the shower is too small and the water temperature is low. The traffic below is a bit noisy in the morning.
