"Excellent choice in many ways from the location to the views to the swimming pool and breakfast… The only small hitches were the smokers (possibly encouraged by the ashtrays in the rooms and by the lifts) and the pool’s limited opening hours (a nuisance made even worse by the pool being at some point completely taken over by 20 children having a swimming lesson with three instructors and a million toys which made it impossible for any guest to even squeeze in)😯"

The hotel hygiene is excellent, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. If I visit Ninghai again, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"A vacation is essentially about finding a different place to sleep, and Ninghai Anlan is definitely a great spot for that. The hotel is nestled atop two lush green mountains, and having the hot spring right in your room, where you can relax while soaking and gazing at the mountains, is incredibly enjoyable. The hotel offers a variety of activities you can sign up for, though most of them come with a fee. I had dinner there on the first night. While they offered river and seafood, the dishes were quite sweet, probably to cater to the many guests from Suzhou, Wuxi, and Shanghai. I personally don't care for hotels where you need to be shuttled everywhere. For my room, breakfast and dinner required a shuttle to the hotel lobby, and then another car to the restaurant. I suggest the hotel consider offering some simple breakfast options in the area where I stayed, giving guests a choice that doesn't involve so much back-and-forth. I wonder who thought that building a scenic hotel on a mountain and then relying solely on buggy shuttles was a good idea; shuttles only lead to dissatisfied guests, never satisfied ones. This is an honest review, but ultimately, it's a fantastic hotel for a quiet getaway – perfect for having coffee, reading a book, sleeping in, and truly relaxing."

"The room was spacious and bright. The first-floor room had a small courtyard with a table and chairs for relaxing while enjoying tea. The room was new, with a wide selection of TV programs, including IPTV. It also came with a small tea set and white tea. The shower was large, and the toilet was fully automated. The air conditioning was excellent! The front desk service was excellent, and the friendly receptionist even upgraded me to a double room upon check-in, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Qiantong Ancient Town, as it's only a 7-8 minute walk away."

"The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating four people. We even received complimentary fruit, and the plums were so delicious that I asked the staff where they bought them and ended up buying a few pounds to take home! The place was spotless and very comfortable to stay in. Absolutely excellent value for money. Oh, and their local specialty wheat cakes were delicious too – a food lover's dream!"

"It is located on the beach of Ninghai, and you can see the sea from the window. The room is decorated in a seaside resort wooden style. It is also very clean and very comfortable to live in. The whole B&B is like a resort, with places for taking photos, resting, barbecue, picking fruits and watching the scenery. It is very suitable for bringing the whole family on weekends. ."

"The room was nice, the service was friendly, it was very quiet at night, and I slept well! The food was average. The fish and shrimp for the island dinner were actually farmed, and the clams were the most common oil clams, which was a bit disappointing. The boss said that the bamboo shoots were freshly dug on the island, and the roasted bamboo shoots and meat were delicious. One plate was not enough, so he added more, which made me happy. The breakfast was simple, but it was clean. I was very happy to take a cat and a dog to the island to watch the sea."

"Facilities: First-class. The one-bedroom suite has an extra bed that can be added on the tatami mats. It was very spacious for our group of four. There was underfloor heating, so we slept very comfortably at night; the kids even wanted to sleep on the floor. The outdoor soaking tub was quite clean, but leaves or insects would appear every 5 minutes. Those who mind this should choose carefully, but I didn't mind and was very satisfied. The soaking tub can be filled and drained freely, with no limit on the number of times. Hygiene: I didn't have to use alcohol wipes to scrub it, which proves its cleanliness is truly excellent. For such a large room, not counting the outdoor area, the indoor area was spotless—truly impressive (even the air purifier didn't accumulate dust). Environment: Beautiful mountains, clear water, and fresh air. Away from the city hustle and bustle, small bamboo partitions create a simple, private corner—just the right distance to hear noise but not see people. Service: The staff were all young and energetic, enthusiastic and attentive. Xiaoyu and Coco were very considerate, helping with arrangements and providing guidance. They communicated promptly with any questions and followed up on everything—very good. The bedtime sweet soup was delicious, and the afternoon tea set was also nice. The minibar drinks were all free and plentiful, showing great generosity. In short: expensive, but worth the price."

"The hotel is located at the foot of Lianghuang Mountain, a five-minute walk from the entrance to the Lianghuang Mountain Scenic Area. Dining reservations are required one day in advance, and the menu features local farmhouse stir-fries. The front desk staff was very helpful, helping us request a room upgrade with our supervisor. They explained the hotel's location, noting that Lianghuang Mountain marked the beginning of Xu Xiake's travels. The hotel, reminiscent of Hui-style architecture, features every plant and tree meticulously cultivated by the owner. There's even a small vegetable garden behind the campsite. The hotel's setting evokes Tao Yuanming's ”Peach Blossom Spring.” Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the tranquility is so tranquil that you can listen to the summer chirping of insects and birds. It's a truly magical holiday destination."

"The B&B is located in the ancient village in the mountains. The surrounding mountains and rivers are equipped with ancient buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The impetuous heart is naturally quiet. The indoor space is spacious and the design is simple and modern. The owner is attentively operated. During the Chinese and Western dishes carefully prepared by Michelin chefs during the Chinese New Year, and also organized meditation healing courses with excellent experience. The local produce is rich, and you will definitely come back when the results are completed."
