Enjoyed our stay here, steps from restaurant & bar street but not the noise. Short walk to oimachi station which is served by JR & Rinkai lines. We decided to try Rinkai & Tokyo monorail for our ride back to Haneda airport and it was very good. Escalators lifts and comfortable train with designated space for luggage’s. R2 itself has nothing to complain about. We could sleep comfortably for 3 of us, using a sofa bed and the single & double bed. There were 2 sofa beds in our unit. The washer/dryer is definitely a life saver and they provided the detergent too which is really nice! Mini kitchen has a fridge, induction cooker, microwave, utensils, cutlery. The bath tub which can auto fill was also well loved by my kids. Highly recommend this accommodation for families requiring space.

Комната чистая, свежая, есть стиральная машина и другая техника. До ближайшей станции метро 5 минут, рядом магазинчики и разные кафе. Бесконтактное заселение - все удобно. По электронной почте отвечают очень быстро, быстрее, чем здесь:) Единственное, что для нас было неудобно - это баки для сортировки мусора прямо в спальне. Если кто-то готовит дома в путешествии, то так или иначе запахи появятся, а ежедневной уборки как в отеле нет. В целом рекомендую👍🏼

The front desk service was excellent, and we were able to store our luggage before check-in. The hotel is located right above the Rinkai Line, making transportation very convenient. There's also a direct bus to Haneda Airport right downstairs. You can take the subway to the airport as well, but it requires about a 15-minute walk to transfer. The hotel is next to Aeon Department Store and Matsumoto Kiyoshi, which is great for shopping. The breakfast area has limited seating, but the window seats offer a nice ocean view. The breakfast itself is mostly Western-style. Note that there's no complimentary drinking water in the rooms.

I could stretch out, lay open my suitcase, and still have floor space to do morning stretches – a rare luxury for solo travelers. 3. Fully Equipped – With Surprising Extras The amenities go way beyond basics. A full kitchen with cookware, a washing machine. But the real delight? The owner’s personal toy collection scattered around – retro figures, board games, and quirky knickknacks to tinker with. And the crown jewel: a vintage record player with a curated vinyl selection, plus a compact DJ setup. I spent one evening spinning tracks with the host personal collections – an unforgettable Tokyo memory. 4. The Host – Warm, Witty, and Genuinely Sociable The owner is the heart of this place. They greet every guest like an old friend, share honest food recommendations for the local alleyways (I tried three of his tips – all phenomenal), and even bring their little dog down to the common area in some evenings. We’d gather around, sip drinks, chat about life, and laugh at their stories. It’s that rare blend of hospitality and authenticity that you can’t book – it just happens. Who Would Love This Place? Solo adventurers who crave connection but value their own space. Digital nomads needing room to work and relax. Music lovers, design nerds, and anyone tired of sterile hotel chains. If you’re traveling alone in Japan and actually want to make friends – over a shared meal, a vinyl crackle, or a dog’s gentle nudge – this is your spot. Highly, highly recommended.

Nice hotel small rooms but I wished they would have the option of cleaning the rooms and making the beds daily. It’s a rather inconvenient option to only have the rooms cleaned every 4 days. They only give new towels everyday and we have to clear our own rubbish and towels and put it outside the rooms. The breakfast although free wasn’t at all to my liking. Below mediocre and I believe they could do better.

Although the location is a little difficult to find, the rooms are clean and the staff's telephone service is easy to understand. I will definitely use this hotel again when I travel.
