We had a wonderful stay as a family of four. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with large bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely private pool that the children loved. Beautiful views and lush greenery all around made it a peaceful place to relax, with the beach within walking distance. The charming café opposite served delicious breakfasts—a lovely extra! We would happily come back.

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

I just stayed at this villa, and it was awesome! The living room and the master bedroom are huge and feels both cozy and luxurious at the same time. Plus, it’s super close to the mall, restaurants, 7-11, and all the good stuff. I felt really safe with the security guard around at night. I had such a great time that I’m definitely coming back!

Overall, we really liked it 🙌 The villa is cozy and secluded—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We stayed in villa #32, and everything was clean, tidy, and pleasant. We really enjoyed the privacy—no one bothers us, it's quiet and comfortable. But there are some nuances that are best known in advance. The villa is located in a residential area, so noise is required after 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited inside (a fine of 5,000 baht)—this is specified in the contract before check-in. Electricity is charged separately (8 baht per kW), and if you use the air conditioners extensively, it can add up to a significant amount. You may also be charged an additional fee (starting from 1,000 baht) if, for example, you leave a significant mess, lose your keys, or damage something. We didn't pay any extra; we put all our trash in bags. And most importantly, the location on Trip.com is incorrect. Actually, it's KA Villa Rawai, on the south side of the island. It's best to check in advance. Other than that, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway; we were very happy 💛

Exceeded expectations! Located in an upscale villa area, the house design is modern, the property is well-maintained, and the space, facilities, and cleanliness are excellent. The pool was perfect for the kids to swim anytime. The landlord's sister runs a popular restaurant in the same complex, offering high-quality food and Instagrammable spots. The service was warm and attentive; the landlord's sister even kept track of our late arrival time and pre-arranged our food order. The staff stayed late for us, which we deeply appreciated! After three days, the kids didn't want to leave. It's a 15-minute drive to Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach, both of which are excellent. Surin Beach is highly recommended for its finer sand, and the overall environment is much quieter compared to Karon and Kata beaches. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Akal villa’s. The villa is beautifully appointed and the pool was a family favourite. We feel well rested following our stay and would be sure to return again. Thank you Akal villa staff for your wonderful service.

The room was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful, I was so impressed! It was spacious with separate zones, offering plenty of privacy – perfect for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved it here. It wasn't noisy at night, so we slept soundly. There was also a minibar in the room, which was very convenient. The water pressure was excellent, which I really appreciated. There's a communal swimming pool, and we had a great time swimming there. If you're coming as a couple, this place is ideal; it's not chaotic at all. It's close to the airport, Bang Tao, Cherngtalay, Makro, and Lotus, making shopping very accessible. Each room is self-contained, so no one bothers anyone, and the walls aren't shared. The price was much more affordable than other places we've stayed. The entrance to the resort is a bit private, but once you arrive, it's a huge 'wow'! I never expected to find a place like this in Phuket. The service was excellent. We were able to defer payment for our food and settle it all at check-out. The owner was incredibly kind. The room was fully equipped with everything you could need, including soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo – a complete set! There's even a kitchen for cooking. If we bought food from outside, they offered to heat it up for us for free, without any extra charge. Regarding cleaning, we had to inform them ourselves before they'd enter the room to clean, otherwise, they wouldn't dare to, fearing they might disturb guests. Room service is also available. Overall, this stay was excellent. We're even thinking of extending our stay for another month because they offer very affordable monthly rates! 😊🫰🏻♥️

Our flight to Phuket was delayed, and instead of landing at 9:30 PM, we landed at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, we checked in quickly and comfortably because we had notified the hosts via text message, and they took care of everything, for which we are very grateful. We vacationed during the off-season, and the entire village was almost deserted except for the gatekeeper and the occasional vacationer, giving us complete privacy and peace. The villa isn't new or modern, and a renovation would have been beneficial. However, we were very pleased with the ample green space, convenient parking, the quiet surroundings despite the local road immediately behind the house, and the ample amenities. The area is surrounded by lush mountains, providing protection from the winds, and its elevated location protects it from potential flooding. The cleaning was adequate and high-quality for us – when the staff found us at the villa, it was more important to us that no one entered without us. We liked the linens and beds, but we didn't use the sofa. The pool lighting and cleaning pump aren't user-controlled, but we've gotten used to it. Unfortunately, the photos were taken at night upon arrival, so they're not very high quality. We rented a car, so the issue of being in walking distance of shops, beaches, and entertainment was resolved. When our vacation ended, renovations began on the neighboring villa, which gives us hope that they'll also be working on this one, and it will be even more enjoyable to return next year. new, clean and in a good location, I recommend it, only on the second floor, there are no elevators

Our stay was a bit disappointing due to several issues. First, the address provided by Google Maps led us to the wrong location. When we arrived, we were told that it was not the correct property, which caused us quite a bit of stress. We had to contact the hotel reception to clarify the situation, and thankfully, our driver was very helpful and assisted us in contacting the hotel and finding the correct address. We were later informed that the hotel has two different properties, so it would be helpful if the correct address could be provided clearly in advance. The facilities were also not as good as expected. The soundproofing was poor, and the hairdryer in one of the rooms was not working. On the positive side, the location was convenient, and the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage for free until the evening after check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall, the location and luggage storage service were good, but the facilities and arrival experience could be improved.
