"We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The room was clean and had everything we needed: towels, large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, conditioner, dental kits, shower caps, and slippers. They did come to make the bed, but they didn't wipe the floor, as there was sand underfoot when we arrived. There's an extra sink on the balcony, but the siphon underneath it leaks, and all the water spills onto the balcony floor. Our windows faced a small alley, but we didn't hear any noise and slept peacefully. There was no one at the reception desk, so we had to contact them via chat to have someone come to the front, and we also got the Wi-Fi password through chat. The location is a bit far from the beach, but there's motorbike rental nearby, and it's a 5-10 minute ride to the beach."

"I arrived late at night and initially planned to stay for two nights as a transition. I only started looking for hotels the day before departure, and after getting tired of searching, I just picked one that offered good value for money. I didn't have high hopes at first, but after checking in, I decided to extend my stay for a few more nights. The place smelled lovely from the moment I walked in, and the room was super clean, just like in the pictures! There wasn't any musty smell, and the decor was particularly cozy. Plus, it was a mountain view room. In China, similar guesthouses during the off-season would easily cost 500+ RMB, so this was incredibly good value! Dining and everything else was very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven just across the road downstairs, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The guesthouse owner is Chinese and very thoughtful; they even offered complimentary drinks upon check-in. The owner also helped us book massages, and we could ask them anything we didn't understand. It felt very safe; I left my money and electronics around freely for several days without anything going missing, though there's also a safe if you're worried. After staying a few nights on Phi Phi Island, I came back and extended my stay here again. Phi Phi Island is beautiful, but the hotel bedding there tended to be damp, and the water quality wasn't great. Coming back here, the blankets felt so soft, and there wasn't any strange odor at all – probably because I had something to compare it to, haha! This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit."

"The location is excellent, close to all the action, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. There's an option to sit in the lobby like an outdoor cafe, and the room has a microwave. The shower broke during our stay, but it was fixed in 10 minutes. The room is cleaned daily. You can also visit their more upscale sister hotel to swim in the rooftop pool and relax in the sauna. Thanks for a great vacation!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse! Beautiful view, comfortable bed, and lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby. The staff were very polite! There's only one downside: it's located right next to a road, so you can hear motorbikes and cars passing by. It can be loud until about 1 AM. But despite that, I still slept well."

"Was a big concerned as we received self check in instructions on email. We had bad experiences with self check in Europe so we were glad to see a reception when we arrived. Overall great place to stay and in a quieter street but still in the main tourist area which is very convenient. Everyone was friendly. Room is large and overall felt safe here Lots of good food here and a Michelin bib gourmand apom / apong stall is just in front of the road leading to this hotel. Shower : Good and hot Bath amenities: good products. Local brand but hair felt soft after use. Not the cheap bath products you usually find. Hotel allowed us to see the bigger room with bathtub and we liked it also. Probably will book this our next trip. They have umbrellas for guest to use. Good during rainy season here."

"Advantages: There is a kitchen, the refrigerator is relatively large, I bring the induction cooker and the pot, it is convenient to cook by myself. Disadvantages: Far from the beach and the bustling area of Patong. The hotel is on a steep slope, and the poor car skills will feel bad. I am the accelerator pedaling on the bottom. It is too inconvenient if there is no car. Summary: If you have a car to overcome the travel problem, more than 160 prices for cooking yourself is good."

"The room was exactly as advertised in the pictures, clean and good beds (not bunks) though no privacy. It was on the 4th (top) floor with 1 toilet room and 1 shower room and a big open space with 1 more bed outside in the open area, it felt a bit irregular as if that last bed outside the dorm room was put there as a one time thing and the large open space seemed like it was maybe going to be renovated into something more later. Staff seemed nice, didnt have much interaction with them but I was a later check in and didnt leave the room until checkout in the morning. Very close to airport (10 minute walk) so great if you have an early flight or late arrival and just want to get to/from bed straight away on a budget."

"Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Pa Khlok. We have experienced excellent service and a comfortable room. Very clean and spacious. There’s a wonderful view from our room and we are often greeting by roosters in the morning. The owner of this hotel also works at the restaurant just next door. Delicious food at great prices and so conviennent. We enjoyed our stay very much and even extended it. I would recommend this to traveler who want to get out of the hustle and bustle of city but still enjoy all the popular charms of Phuket."

"Although the environment is not very good outside, the small room is really comfortable, and the experience of living away from the scenery is much better than that of the net red sunset and the infinity pool with sea view. Come in at first sight very clean feeling, outside the balcony drying rack touched are dust-free, free food in the refrigerator, slippers flip-flops beach blankets are provided, the house design is very heart, the boss is very very nice, very Detailed introduction to the room furnishings and the hotel's surroundings. Hotel location is very good, away from Banzan Seafood Market, Jiangxi Cold, Taishang, Patong Beach are relatively close, originally planned to stay the next day to go out to sea, do not go, just burned a seafood meal here."
