"The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience. The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable."

"This place was absolutely amazing! A huge thanks to the front desk lady for the room upgrade; the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, I'm very satisfied. It was super clean, and the bed was so soft. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, I was blown away as soon as I arrived in Wuxi. They even have a gym! The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to manage. I'm not sure if the central AC was on a unified control at the time and only able to blow warm air, but the room was quite warm and I couldn't get the AC to cool it down."

From the ambiance to the service and even the small details, you can feel the owner's dedication and professionalism; there's absolutely no cutting corners, which makes me genuinely want to recommend it. Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable. The overall environment is clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet stylish way. The space is spacious and bright, without any clutter or oppressive feeling. The cleanliness is exceptional; even the corners are spotless, making a great first impression. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the facility layout and the atmosphere, making it very relaxing to be in, with absolutely no discomfort. The service was even more impressive. The staff were gentle, warm, and polite, always patient and meticulous, ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. They weren't overly enthusiastic nor cold and indifferent, striking the perfect balance. They proactively helped solve problems, were responsible and considerate of customers at every turn, taking care of many small details that made me feel valued and respected. The hotel's location is superb, just about a ten-minute walk from the Wuxi Museum, making transportation very convenient, and parking is easy too. The breakfast spread is rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the staff are all very patient and friendly. If I ever visit Wuxi again, this will be my first choice!"

"Facilities: The overall facilities in the room are quite new; it doesn't feel like an old hotel. The bathroom has a separate sliding door and is separated from the bed by a wall, which provides good sound insulation and privacy. There's a full-length mirror. The hairdryer is very powerful. Service: During the May Day holiday, they offered a short fireworks display in the evening, which was very impressive and significantly enhanced our stay. The greeters at the main entrance were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a buffet with a rich variety of dishes. Environment: The hotel's public areas are very beautiful and upscale. There are also accompanying dining options, which is convenient. The front desk mentioned that Jichangxuan (a restaurant) requires guests to queue in person, but it would be better if in-house guests could make phone reservations. Drawbacks: ① The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. While it didn't cause a major issue, it was definitely present. ② The room doors are quite heavy, and opening and closing them makes a loud noise, so you can hear other rooms' doors. ③ The disposable slippers were of average quality, with thin soles that weren't non-slip. Every time I stepped onto the small ledge in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable."

"This hotel is quite upscale, truly living up to its five-star rating. My spouse and I traveled during the off-season, avoiding the cherry blossom festival rush. We booked a twin-bedded lake view room, which was excellent, well-equipped, and very clean. The large window offered a beautiful view of Lihu Lake and Liyuan Garden, with picturesque lake and mountain scenery. Yuantouzhu Scenic Area is right across the lake. The hotel even provides complimentary speedboat tickets to Yuantouzhu, but my spouse gets seasick, so we opted for a taxi instead. It was a very short ride, only 5 or 6 minutes. Once inside Yuantouzhu, we took a sightseeing bus to the ferry terminal and then a boat to Taihu Immortal Island – the scenery there was absolutely stunning. Liyuan Garden is also directly opposite the hotel, and they provided complimentary boat tickets for a cruise around Lihu Lake. The shimmering water and reflections of the mountains were lovely. Liyuan Garden itself is beautiful, rich in history and culture, with the romantic legends of Fan Li and Xi Shi. Strolling along the lake amidst the pavilions, terraces, waterside structures, and long corridors was incredibly pleasant. The hotel service was excellent. Whether it was the housekeeping staff or the staff in the lobby and restaurant, everyone was polite and enthusiastic. We stayed for 3 nights, and although it cost us a month's pension, it was worth it. The restaurant food was also good, except for our last dinner, where both the meat and greens served were quite tough, making them difficult for us seniors to chew. With the increasing number of elderly travelers, it would be wonderful if the hotel could be even more accommodating to their needs in this regard."
